Horrible customer service! We have ordered from this location (via phone) many times. Tried again tonight and the "teenager" that answered the phone said we only take orders online, as she sounded confused.... (I asked for a manager and was told by a manager) the the owner (she) was a Bi*ch) and would not let us deliver because it was too far.... Per Google maps, and I know where the store is, We live 2.2 miles from them.... I told her that and she said and I quote "we only deliver 5 miles from the store.... I said we live 2.2 miles away and she said "Oh well".... and silence..... I will be filing a formal complaint with their corporate office and the BBB. They just lost a customer....

Picked up a roast beef sub with extra veggies.
Must say it was pretty tasty and they did pretty well with filling my order. I know JJ is known for their thin sub rolls, but a thicker sub roll would be better for sandwiches with extra toppings in order for the sub to stay together.

Our experience today was wonderful! In the pandemic (& snow too), employees have been short. Today, Cody was working very hard all my himself and was doing a great job! He was careful and switched gloves when needed and followed every specific change we wanted on our subs. Shout to him for holding down the fort by himself! God bless you, Cody!

God Awful service and careless employees who can’t read a simple sandwich order. Asked for a sandwich Turkey Ham and Cheese with no mayo or tomato, get the sandwich with mayo and tomato. Ask for a new sandwich and get another with tomato and mayo.

I placed an order for 45 sandwich boxed lunches to be delivered to Frank Liske Park for Pfeiffer University Nursing.
The portions were good. The food was fresh (including the sliced tomatoes and shredded lettuce).
The price was great. The manager and delivery woman provided awesome, worry free service.

I order from this store a lot and normally the whole process takes at most 30 min, that’s making it and delivering it, but today it took about 20 mins for them just to say they were on the way then it took around 40 mins for them to deliver it and my work is only 5 mins down the road. Then when I called to check on my order to make sure I didn’t mess up they were kind of rude to me on the phone and hung up on me and I only have a small amount of time to eat lunch. It may be a little while before I order from this store again.

Not a good experience at all . Our service was extremely slow and the store was not busy at all . Our sandwich maker was handed a tip from another customer and continued to hold the cash in his hand while preparing sandwiches. He finally put the money down , but he went on working . He had to be told to change his gloves by a customer. We will not be coming back .
