The Concord Mills location is amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is so clean and there is room inside and outside for you to enjoy your sweet treat. I go there often can’t get enough of it. They have so many flavors of frozen yogurt and a variety of toppings like Fresh fruits, cakes, candies, and syrups. It’s awesome. Also, if you happen to go on Wednesday it’s a flat rate “5,7,9”. That’s always a plus.

Great frozen yogurt flavors to choose from, including sugar-free and non-dairy. Plenty of seating inside and out. Various toppings from sweet and savory to salty, tart and crunchy to choose from. The staff is very friendly and courteous, too. Great family outting on a hot summer evening.

Always a great place to stop with the fam on a date night or just with kids ..by yourself even! I love that it stays open later and there are healthier options and for different diets. Always clean and friendly. Great spot!

I am always impressed at how clean this place is. The tables, topping bar, and ice cream handles are never sticky. The staff are very kind. It's a great family atmosphere.

They absolutely deserve 5 star for the clean environment, super friendly customer service, and more importantly use of gloves for each customers. Right now many shop they don't care anything about covid 19. Everyone says they sanitize everything on each use but to be honest they wont. Moreover they have to provide gloves or hand sanitizer for the customers to use at the location but most of them they dont care. But this sweet frog really makes customers feel safe and definitely come back.
