Zaxby's is one of the best fast food places for chicken tenders, or fingers, as they call them, anywhere. They are on par with but different than Chicken Express and Golden Chick. Far better than their direct competition, Raising Cane's, which also serves the finger variety of chicken. They carry a wide variety of dipping sauces as well. My only complaint, which is a very minor one, is that they don't serve gravy as a dipping option. Their spicy fried mushrooms are fantastic as well.

Customer service is AMAZING! I always ask for my food fresh & that’s exactly what I receive no matter the wait time. The management is doing an amazing job ! Good job team !

Customer service was awful the girl at the counter was absent minded and rude! It was an awful experience! It was almost as if she wanted to be confrontational, over an issue that could have been easily resolved! Check your meal for sauce or you will be charged!

They still sell cheddar bites but no longer serve marinara. Thats weird to me, but otherwise its the zaxbys you expect.

Don't go this branch ver often. Usually good. Today not so much. Tables were sticky/dirty. Only ordered a drink and some cookies for others in my party. Waited over 15 minutes for cookies that were right next to cashier and they weren't busy whatsoever. Annoyed.

We ordered the boneless wing meal. We had ordered two of them. One of them we substituted the fries for slaw. Both are suppose to come with Texas toast and a drink regardless. We picked it up right before it closed cause it was the time we got over there. One of our meals had fries but no Texas toast. The other meal had Texas toast but no slaw. So we had a meal with just the fries and 5 piece chicken and the other the 5 piece chicken and bread. The meals aren’t that hard to put together and just because it was close to closing time don’t mean you should cheat people for what they pay for. This is the third time we have had something missing from an order from this location. We will not be coming back to this location for any of our orders when we are in town or in the area. You are paying for a meal and what it says comes with it but yet you have items missing from it. They have no problem taking your money but not fulfilling the order. Very disappointed in Zaxby’s concord.

I have NEVER received all items I have payed for anytime I order from here. The staff clearly does not care enough about their job to make sure the customer is getting everything they ask for. This is an issue happening at most Zaxby's locationa I have visited. Ridiculous.

I love the hot sauce but 3 out of 4 times I've been to this location i noticed that MULTIPLE items were missing once I got home. The third time this happened I got back on the drivethrough line to let them know, and I was met with so much attitude at the window. Not only did I have to wait ten more minutes for the staffs error but the rest of my food was cold and soggy when I got home. This food is not cheap for this kind of experience. I very rarely leave bad reviews but wow this place has 75% failure rate for me.
Edit. I gave it another shot since I'm staying at the hotel up the road. THEY FORGOT AN ENTIRE MEAL AGAIN!!! I understand that fast food joints in particular are hurting from the shortage of people willing to work for below a livable salary, but its unacceptable to forget items that a customer has paid for time and time again. Beyond disappointed.
