It's a coffee place. Long lines and high prices for an OK drink. Don't do it often, but did it here today and everything was OK, nothing standout. Service was as expected at a coffee place.
Chai mix was a good mix, at least! Some of these types of shops have a bland chai.

Cool vibe, friendly staff, cream and sweetener stocked and clean, plenty of power outlets and seating for dine-in customers.
Staff all wear face masks, but customers are not required to do so, and nobody is... Which I like.
