Kinda got scammed here. I ordered and was charged for a large iced coffee. The drive-thru attendant handed me a small and then crumpled and threw away the receipt without offering it to me so I couldn’t prove I was overcharged. Turns out it was clearly marked “Lg” on the cup though
Watched a Karen flip out here, then by the time I got my coffee I asked for almond milk because I can't have dairy, got milk in my coffee asked for it to be fixed, they took my coffee back in and just poured almond milk inside of my coffee and bring it back to me smh. Didn't even bother trying again

Came in 20 minutes till close Manager Erin gave me a free coffee for my almost 10 hour drive to help wake me up, was very kind and helpful and the coffee got me home safely and awake
HORRIBLE! Our food was super old and burnt. Service was horrible. They were rushing and rude. Terrible quality. Drinks were horrible. Our drinks weren’t even mixed and so full of ice we couldn’t stir our drinks. We are drinking pure sugar and flavor mix, no coffee. I will NEVER go back!!
Inconsistent experience across multiple visits. Ordered a large hot caramel latte and one visit provided four shots of caramel while the most recent provided only one shot. Cup was less than 3/4 full as well, which is unacceptable.
