Mcdonald's

The one star is going for the fact that at least the chicken nuggets were warm! They tasted like they were cooked in fish grease. Everything about this place is just so off putting. First of all, go straight to the kiosk. They apparently don’t take orders at the register and also they don’t tell people they aren’t doing it. So you will be standing there for 20 minutes before you figure out to go to the kiosk. I watched 6 customers walk out bc of not bad service, but NON EXISTENT service! The tables were disgusting, the floors were worse, the employees refused to be friendly or exhibit any customer service at all. Wait time about 25-30 minutes. Fries were old and not salted or hot. 12/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND STOPPING HERE.

Hands down, the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I’ve never even been close enough to think of wasting the time to review a fast food joint with an such established brand/consistency as McDonald’s, but this place was awful enough to give me the energy to do so. Was on a road trip with my wife from Austin to Houston, and just stopped to grab a quick cup of coffee. It took the McDonald’s staff 20min to get me this single cup of coffee, not to mention the 2-3 other paid customers waiting along with me for the same ridiculous reason. The staff was incredibly disorganized, frantically behaved, and had no sense of customer-focused urgency. I do not recommend going here.

My husband and I ordered our food to eat in, when they called our number we were just confused because we thought they brought it to the table when we went up to the counter my husband seen the bags of food and told the lady we ordered it for here. She replied well that's too bad we aren't giving out trays. Then I went up to the counter because they forgot my sauce and they just ignored me till I finally got one of the ladies walking by attention. So un professional. Definitely do not recommend anyone to that kind if service

I stopped here with about 60+ middle school students on our way to Fiesta Texas for a field trip. There was one cashier on duty, and she handled everyone's orders with patience while remaining super nice. Everyone was super nice and handled all the snafus that tend to come up with a large crowd of teens (spilled drinks, forgotten orders, etc.) with grace. All of our kiddos had their breakfast and boarded the buses again in about an hour - hats off to the staff at this location. 👏

Is it that hard to not burn fast food fries when you throw them in a basket with a timer that beeps hella loud when it’s done? Either that or they re-fry them instead of making a fresh batch. They also had the meat completely off the burger inside loosely in the box. I’d give this McDs 0 starts if possible. How can you really be THAT bad and more than once? This is the second time and last time we go to this one.

DO NOT STOP HERE! Took 25 minutes to get 4 single items with only 1 person in front of us. Employees hung out, laughing and swearing with their friends, and then SERVED their friends before guests. They even hung out with them in the parking lot while ignoring their duties. The employees in the back were all wearing street clothes with dirty jackets and such - so gross! Our food arrived cold and the chocolate shake had chocolate on the bottom and vanilla ice cream on top, not mixed and just a squirt of chocolate. Contacted the owners listed on the bottom of the receipt and they never responded. The place is also really really gross! Worst McDonalds I've ever set foot in. I wish I had known.
