Sign in window said dining room opened, but the door was locked. We ended up going to Burger King, whose dining was opened. We really wanted pizza, especially after driving 40 miles.

we were super excited to take our mom here hoping for a wide variety of food for mother’s day ended up being not a lot of selection and still $70 for 5 people. not very sanitary.. had to wipe off our chairs because of the food all over it.

Ordered online and I picked it up at window...very impressed with the pizza...love the the thin and crispy crust..had super supreme..loaded with toppings...just the right amount of sauce...very tasty

Not a very positive experience at the local Pizza Hut. I called from 5 miles outside of town five different times and the phone would continue to ring and no one picked up. When I went in to order my pizza the same thing, I heard the phone ring on two separate occasions for at least a minute and a half before anyone picked up.
There were two other people in the restaurant, it was not that busy. My pizza was good and came out after about 25 minutes for me to take home but ordering was not a pleasant experience.

We ordered Boneless Wings that where hairy sorry but not into hairy food 🤢. Ordered taco pizza for lunch today and as aways no salsa or sour cream for our pizza so sick of not having everything to go with our order😞. Still can’t get the wings right I was hoping they where covered 😡😡😡😡

The ladies at the window were friendly and upbeat (a lot of places are short staffed in our Columbus, NE area and the staffs attitude shows) this was not the case when I drove through! My pizza order was correct and hot when I was 15 mins past my scheduled pick up! She wished me a great evening and I left feeling very satisfied and happy myself! Great job to the Columbus location!

I ordered cheesesticks and they were stale/cool when they arrive. It seemed like they were made early and put in the delivery bag to stay warm for several minutes before they were delivered. The driver may have had multiple deliveries with mine as well.
