Normally this place isn't to bad. But I usually take home the French fries and put them in the air fryer for 5 minutes and they're delicious! But almost always soggy. So today they all were really gross soggy and way under done! They also don't fill the fry cup up very much, which I don't understand because French fries are so cheap to make! I also got a fish sandwich for the first time. It by itself wasn't to bad. All I asked for was no cheese. And for some reason they sent 2 4 piece chicken Nugget boxes full of tarter sauce?! The worst part is it got all over everything and basically ruined the whole meal. Like I said usually good but for the past few visits it has been under cooked and just doesn't taste good. ☹ They do make a good frozen coke and iced coffee though! 😅

Let me start out by saying if I could give 0 stars I would. Order food from this location for the family and after driving all the way home wife takes a bite of this NASTY burger. This burger wasn't even cooked.......I called to talked to the manager and the only thing he wanted to do was remake all the food or refund for just the burger. I was NOT about to have anymore food made from this place. I just hope wife does not get food poisoning from this. This is the most disgusting thing I've seen at any restaurant.

Horrible service at the drive thru. Guy working the window 05/25/2022 at 11:42am. The guy was thinking he new me and was asking me if I was working??? Strange then tells me I needed to pull up and wait for my double hamburger. After waiting for 15 minutes I had to go into the store and request my food. After showing I had paid for it I got my food. Very strange customer service. This place is getting as bad as the one out on HWY46. Bad management low pay workers that don’t want a job. Who pays for it customers getting horrible service.

Never had food as nasty as this or an order as screwed up as this one. First and foremost we were missing an entire meal and the other two were ice cold. The second meal had buns that were completely and utterly shriveled. All three meals had buns that were extremely fluffy and dry. As for the third meal finding a grey hair in my fries wasn't the surprise I was hoping for. This was the nastiest food I've ever had to eat in my life. The fries were also far too tasty for what was advertised. Sick of all these burnt burgers. All three meals burgers were cooked to perfection though one had a small plastic dilly-doo on it. Idk why the buns ran small I couldn’t fit them on my head. Also, where’s my Narancia figure? I was told for an extra seven dollars I’d get a boss baby. They gave me some random Obama figurine.

Saturday May 7th, 2022 - Decided to stop to get dinner for my family and what a mess! The gentleman (stoner) that took my order only heard what he wanted when we ordered our food… 1st window had to correct order and repeat our order then pay. 2nd window hands us the wrong order then have to repeat our order … They have us pull up behind another car on the curb because food is t ready. Now at the curb… 1 guy comes out ask us what we had - not our food moves to the other 3 vehicles waiting. 2nd guy comes out does the same thing.. 3rd guy same thing , but wait where does this food go not to any of these cars goes back in … 4 th guy comes out ask what we have again as this is the 4th freakin time at the curb 7th time basically repeating order since I got here and he tosses food in car at me. Now to check the food… missing two sandwiches and the other two sandwiches are suppose to be plain. Now to go in. Go in and I repeat have to repeat order again and finally just hand the food to the associate and say just fix it. They remade whole order. At this time another customer came in with same issue. Seriously this place need to get there act together or get better management and train the staff!

Mcflurry was not mixed. It had a glob of soft serve in bottom of cup, then a huge air bubble, then some oreos sprinkled on top. I know they can get really busy, and staff is set on a timer once order is placed, but a second of mixing would of made all the difference. Food has become so pricey, and I normally wouldn't complain, but treats, like a mcflurry are becoming a scarcity in my diet and I really want it to be, at the very least, (mcflurried up) - stirred up

I had ordered 2 large unsweeten teas and when I went to pay the cashier said 2 medium teas and I told her no that I had ordered 2 large unsweet teas. She said ok and told me it was 3.07 and just 3 days prior I had ordered the same thing and it was 2.14. So when I got to the pick up window the price she had given me was for 2 medium teas, so I told the girl that I was supposed to get 2 large and she said it says medium and I explained that I had corrected the cashier at the previous window and she came back and said that will be another .80 so my 2 large teas had dou led in price in just 3 days. So be careful going to McDonalds in Columbus, Indiana.

If this is the one in Taylorsville Indiana when my son and I went in to eat it was nasty dirty filthy. The trash cans were so full that I just sat out trash on top of the trash cans. Bathrooms were nasty toilet paper everywhere there wasn't even a toilet paper spencer. It just had toilet paper in there very disappointed. Food was good but very disappointed in the way that it was nasty inside
