Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love Chipotle! They have the best bowls ever! They are my absolute favorite! Always have good service but one thing is they are always out of the onions and green pepper mix and we love those in our bowls! Other than that the store is always clean and the staff I'd always there to meet your needs as far as everything else goes!

I use the Chipotle app on my phone, and I generally love Chipotle but this time was different- I ordered my steak burrito bowl to be picked up ASAP and it said it would be ready at about 3:50p. So I went and picked it up at around 3:47p and it was ready! Went into my car and started eating, but the steak was COLD. And not just room temperature, but it was COLD cold, almost as if it had just been taken out of a refrigerator. It was cooked and had good flavor, but I couldn’t finish my bowl because I just couldn’t eat the cold steak. Again, not room temperature as if it had been sitting on the pick-up shelf for a while, but it was COLD. Not sure what happened this time because I’ve ordered from Chipotle multiple times and been satisfied, but this time was definitely different and I’m not sure why they would’ve taken the steak from the fridge if that’s what they did. It was cooked which is good but I just couldn’t eat the cold steak.

The food is good but stop running out of food items in the middle of the day. First you had no chips but 5 minutes later an employee there sat down next to me and was eating Chips and queso. Next weekend you ran out of red and green peppers. You have no problem charging 40 bucks for my girl and I to eat lunch but then run out of things. Get it together !!!

Walked in, dirty tables and countertop that's very visible. Got two bowls, one with steak. 10 minute hold on the steak. Ordered Queso & Chips. First serving was undercooked. Next serving was overcooked (tasted like really burnt popcorn that left a disgusting aftertaste.) THIRD serving had undercooked chips scattered throughout the bag. The only thing pleasant was the line cook & the two ladies I spoke with about my issues. Paid $34.08 for probably the worst dine-in experience I've had in years. I could've went to Taco Bell & would've been much, much more satisfied. Be wary of how the manager is running his/her shift.

I don’t seem to have much luck eating out anymore. $17.55 for a burrito and a small coke. It would be different if the quality was better. Steak was grey and tuff flavor wasn’t bad. I was over charged for my Queso I had them put on my burrito $1.65 for Queso on the burrito?? I can understand if I ordered a side of Queso. My order was to go and when I looked at my bill I was charged for GG steak bowl 12.00 Queso 1.65 Small drink 2.75 And tax 1.15 Advise look at your bill before you leave. I will never go back to Chipotle again. My visit was 6/8/22 at 11:32am.
