Best Starbucks! Staff is so pleasant, but lately I have had to double check my drink for accuracy which is not normal for this Starbucks. One thing, I need someone to address the cleanliness please!

The line for the drive-through looked like it was going to be a long wait, but they moved through the cars very efficiently. We started out about six cars back from the intercom system to order and maybe had to wait five minutes until we were at the front.
I had to place a large order as I was picking up multiple drinks for the office, the staff made accommodations to be able to help me out as I was unable to leave my vehicle and come inside.
At no point did they make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Every staff member that I interacted with truly made it feel like they were happy to assist me in solving whatever issues I might’ve had.
The experience that I had today would definitely make me wait longer or go out of my way to come back to this location versus some of their other locations that might be more convenient to my trip.

This Starbucks is nasty, no cleaning is done! The dust and splashes of drink are everywhere! Also, the accuracy is lacking. Also they give you a cup with cream dripping from the lid! Do better!!!

Went through the drive thru mid evening yesterday and the gentleman at the window was very friendly and informative. The wait was short and our cookie crumble Frappuccino’s were delicious! Whatever this location is doing they’re doing it right! We’ll be back soon!

The worst Starbucks I have ever been too. The only person that did a great job was the person who took our order(Campbell). The rest of the crew was way too busy talking and not working.

Update from 3 stars to only 1 star on 18Jun22. Just stopped by once to this location after 8 months of making another coffee shop my regular stop. Still just as slow and disorganized as ever. Over 30 minutes just for two food items I ordered. I only received one after 20 minutes and kept asking about the second. After another 10 minutes I just asked for a refund and went to another location. The people bringing food from the prep area just sit it behind the counter and leave it there while people are standing around hoping one of the workers will show mercy and actually hand out the food. Ive been to three other Starbucks in Columbus in the last couple months; this is the only location that hides the food orders behind the counter. Come on, higher management, get involved!
Original review: Slowest Starbucks in the Columbus area. If you're on your way to work in the morning and looking for a cup of coffee, avoid. I started doing mobile orders thinking if I ordered before I lefr my house, my drink would be done when I arrived. Instead, this store (and only this store Ive seen) has a policy that they won't start mobile orders until you actually arrive in the store. Even then it can sometimes take 5-10 minutes just to get someone's attention long enough to let them know your there. Go to Midland or Bradley Park as they don't seem to have any issue getting orders complete quickly.

In all honesty we will be back, however we waited forever and had to remind them twice about our order and when she rushed to make it it was awful and she had to remake it!

I love this store. Never have to wait in the drive thru long no matter how many people are in line. They always get the order right. Not to mention the staff is always just as nice as can be.
