Bradley Park Subway, I would like to understand why you do not answer your phone on a Saturday at 12:15. Wouldn’t a call to place an order fall in line with someone standing in line to place an order? I am very sincere. Good customer service would be to answer the phone, and ask them to hold for a minute.
It makes me wonder if I placed an order on line would it be ignored as well?
I am expecting a response to this post please.

Showed up at 9:35 , the doors where open but they said they where closed. This is unacceptable for and respectable business. Shame on you Bradley park subway. I'll go spend my money elsewhere.

Made my sandwich wrong.... in a good way! Italian bmt is a 6/6/4 ... instead i got a 10/ 10/4! ( if you dont know... peperoni, salami, ham) . Hadnt had one in a long while, and this return was great for me.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This is the worst subway in town. They never pick up their phone and just cant make a sandwhich right to save their lives. God forbid you order threw delivery and your not standing there watching them make it, they barely pay any attention to the requested order. And if you are in person to order. You have to tell them you want fresh veggies because they will give you brown lettuce and soggy tomatoes like its no big deal. Highly recommend picking a different location.

The food tastes just like your typical "Subway". Nothing special and nothing bad. However, it seems no store carries Honey Oat bread anymore. The only issues that I had with this store, were the employees. Apparently wearing "Airpods" while talking to customers is acceptable here at this location. One gentlemen taking my order said speak up, I cant hear you. Take the airpods out of your ear and maybe you can hear me. The store was either under staffed or they were not organized. They had 2 people working on a large order and no one was helping the line. Overall, the food is typical and I cant say anything negative about it, but the customer service aspect was pretty bad. Id rather go to a different location.
