At approximately 9:45 AM, I arrived at Cracker Barrel in a yellow cab. Upon arrival, I noticed the vast amount of vehicles in the parking lot. It was too late to go back, I had already paid $47.00 for the the cab. As I entered the store, I was forthright blown away by the welcoming in the country store. It was similar to the experience described by Todd Burpo in the New York Times best selling novel - Heaven Is For Real. Approaching the hostess’ podium, I was enthralled by the dialogue exchange between two elderly people! Wow! Decades of wisdom. Cracker Barrel really brings out the best of people. The elderly are the most valuable natural resource in our community, and Cracker Barrel is the best place to gain the infinite knowledge of things like The Vietnam War, or maybe even a 1971 Ford pickup. I almost forgot to mention, the youth! Seeing the kids line up to buy their first Clark bar with mom! Or maybe a Montana hat with dad! These are times that cannot be taken for granted. The total wait was about 20 minutes to arrive at our table. The workers inside Cracker Barrel worked with great haste to ensure everyone got to eat their mamas pancake breakfast this morning! Truly impressive. As I was directed to my seat, I was met by Joan, a waitress here at Cracker Barrel. Joan is a magnificent waitress. She brought us everything we needed almost immediately. Truly an expert in the field. Consistently checked up on us. After getting the food (French toast with scrambled eggs, no cheese, bacon and a plentiful amount of butter with a vanilla cold brew coffee for my beverage) I was posthaste blown away by the appearance, the flavor, the perfection. Phenomenal. The latte was impressive, to say the least. I drank it, knowing all too well that I’m lactose intolerant. I paid for that in the latrine soon after my meal was finished, which brings me to my next point. The latrines were spotless! I was more than comfortable on the toilet, thanks to the previously warmed seats and ample leg room. The only concern I had was a business card for some woman named “Kandiss” running for governor. Well, Kandiss. Kandiss place get any better? I doubt it! Or so I thought. Claire, a hostess I believe, held the door for at least 25 people walking in at once. Greeting them all and making them feel special. Cracker Barrel, you’ve done it again.

Wonderful experience! My husband had the Country Boy with sirloin steak. He said it was tender and delicious, and he is hard to please. I had the grilled catfish breakfast and it was perfect. Biscuits were hot and fluffy, I only wish butter was more at room temperature so it would spread easily. Service has always been good, but Courtney was exceptionally good, and it was much appreciated. We also appreciated employees being masked and patrons seated with social distancing when possible.

Mom liked the chicken and dumplings. Wife said turkey was good but dressing was dry. The chicken fried steak was good but a little tough. The loaded tater tots were really good. Found lots of good stuff in the store during our 30 minute wait for a table.

Absolutely wonderful. From the food to the service. My grandfather was having a hard time getting up out he's seat and without hesitation Whitney helped even walked us out the door. Just talking and smiling. She was the sweetest. My server was just as amazing. Will definitely be going back soon.

The food is very good. Not expensive there was a wait about 30 min. You can reserve if it's within 2 hours of when you call. They have a gift shop to browse through while your waiting a little pricey but very nice items. The staff was friendly. Definitely plan on going back to sample more on the menu.

This was my first time visiting a Cracker Barrel. I live in Florida, and although there are many CB there, I had never gone. We went on a Sunday around 9:00 am. Waiting time was about 15 min. Our waitress was Ebonee. She was great, she would pass by and make sure everything was fine. I ordered the Grandmas Sampler. The buttermilk pancakes were so buttery and delicious. I will definitely visit CB when I go back to FL.
