Steak-out Columbus

Ordered some steak for dinner tonight. Husband got the t-bone and I got the ribeye. Both here overcooked and they got my husbands side order wrong. The ribeye was extremely tough and not good, especially for the price that we payed for it. I really wanted to enjoy our meal, but my steak was very fiborous and unappetizing.

First time experience and I must say it exceeded expectations. I don’t know why we are just now trying this place out, it will not be our last! Thanks steak-out Side note: I didn’t think our food would come hot like it did coming from doordash but even with the 45 min wait it was hot and still fresh !!

Customer Service -3 stars Food (delivery) MINUS 10 stars! Ordered over the phone for delivery.The computer system was slow, no biggie, but the delivery time was 1 to 1.5 hours. Thinking that was a sign the place was okay and the food must be worth the wait, I placed an order. After 1.5 hours and some change the delivery guy shows up, we pay, he leaves. My hubby gets his food and everything seems okay until I open my order. First off, I ordered 6 BBQ shrimp and 6 grilled shrimp, not knowing or seeing on their site that they're SKEWERED shrimp. STRIKE ONE! On top of that, one skewer is char-BURNED and the other is over-cooked and hard as a rock! Something I KNOW WITHOUT A DOUBT they'd never had sent out to a table had I been sitting there, but since it was a delivery, I'm guessing they figured, WTH...STRIKE TWO! Hubby enjoyed his meal and the chocolate cake was delicious...remove strike two... I PROMPTLY call the restaurant and ask for the manager. I tell her what I ordered and received (as stated above) and without hesitation she offers to credit my account. She stated they were busy and the cook is a new guy not used to the heavy load. I told her that if this was sent to HIS HOUSE he'd be more apt to make it more appetizing, she agreed...removed strike one... I'll be checking my bank account tomorrow for that credit!
