Amazing service and great tasting ice cream. Laila, who served us went out of her way to make sure our experience here was a memorable one.
We had 5 different ice cream flavours and they were all amazing.
A great play area for the kids too.
We'll definitely be back.

We rented a room to have my grandson's fourth birthday party. They allowed us to bring in our own food. They gave each of the children a dish of ice cream. And then The kids were allowed to stay as long as they wanted to and there. Playground area, which had a large climbing area in order to get up to the slies and many other activities to keep the kids. Entertained

I'm so surprised I've lived in Columbus almost all my life and never found this gem. The entire indoor play place (free) is ice cream themed and a good variety of play options for all different ages. It was clean, the staff was pleasant and I still receive the same quality graeters ice cream I remember enjoying as a kid. Definitely recommend, especially for all you parents out there ;)

I got a chocolate chip cookie dough cup with hot fudge and it was awesome. There was plenty of fudge topping and the ice cream itself was absolutely delectable. They have a ton of flavors to select from and overall menu options to pick from, so you're bound to find that you'll enjoy. The counter staff was also very polite and let me try a sample of a flavor that I was curious about. One of the best ice cream places I've ever been to!

Ice cream is probably my favorite dessert. Or cheesecake... it's too close to call. Graeter's has amazing ice cream! You have to try the 1870 tower, black raspberry chocolate chip ice cream with hot fudge and pecans on top of a bundt cake. Omg, I'm so glad this location isn't close to home because I would be wanting this everyday. The nice indoor play area was a huge draw for my family as well... perfect for smaller kids and a lovely place for when the weather isn't so great for outside play.

Really into Graeter’s ice cream soda. The strawberry flavor tasted decent. But the seasonal peach flavor still takes the first place in my rankings.

Enjoyed our ice cream here. Nice building as well. However, staff could’ve been a bit friendlier. Hardly even acknowledged customers which is odd for this chain.

Went on Saturday and it was really busy and really expensive! For 6 people it was $40 but the play room was really fun and great just a bit crowded! The ice cream is really really good and I love the little play area
