I'm a little confused by the bad orders. I haven't had a bad experience here since they opened but I'm not a frequent visitor. Each time the staff has been pretty friendly, save for one or two people who just seem like they don't want to be there, but I get it. So long as you aren't rude to me, it's chill. We started going here more because the McDonald's across the street has just been the worst lately. The food is always very good. Maybe I have just been lucky, but I hope I won't have to change this review in the future,

Love Burger King! Came super late at night and they were understaffed: only one lady working! Even so, she was kind and polite to us, and made great hot food for us! I’m coming here again!

WOW....great service, order was correct, and staff was efficient and very courteous. The whole experience was such a surprise that I called the manager when I got home and thanked him! He told me they were working hard to do a good job. I will return.

Burger king may have sucked in other occasions but today I got me a whopper no cheese. They forgot to put it in my bag with all 7 bacon kings I ordered. They did not have a problem me coming in to remind them It was suppose to be in the bag. They are very cool kids. my whopper was perfect .

This is one of the best burger kings I've been to. The food is fresh and hot. I had a mix up with a pick up order. The app told me to go into the restaurant for pick up but due to COVID this isn't possible. The manger let me know that usually you have to use the drive through for pick up orders but told me wait outside while she got the order ready for me. This is fantastic one off customers service. I will use the drive through from now on but I really appreciate the service

Team had to stop taking orders because they got backed up. Better customer service awareness to let people know when things had slowed down would have been good. Tean was polite, even with a lot going on.
