Love Burger King! Came super late at night and they were understaffed: only one lady working! Even so, she was kind and polite to us, and made great hot food for us!

WOW....great service, order was correct, and staff was efficient and very courteous. The whole experience was such a surprise that I called the manager when I got home and thanked him! He told me they were working hard to do a good job. I will return.
Burger king may have sucked in other occasions but today I got me a whopper no cheese. They forgot to put it in my bag with all 7 bacon kings I ordered. They did not have a problem me coming in to remind them It was suppose to be in the bag. They are very cool kids. my whopper was perfect .

Probably the best Burger King in Ohio from my experience
This is one of the best burger kings I've been to. The food is fresh and hot. I had a mix up with a pick up order. The app told me to go into the restaurant for pick up but due to COVID this isn't possible. The manger let me know that usually you have to use the drive through for pick up orders but
Team had to stop taking orders because they got backed up. Better customer service awareness to let people know when things had slowed down would have been good. Tean was polite, even with a lot going on.
