Very loyal, devoted(some crew have stayed here for YEARS, even thru the pandemic hardships), impressve staff who not only accommodate my morning routine, but they go out of their way to be kind, informative, and cheerful to their customers; brightening peoples days. One latte ☕🍵& donut 🍩 at a time. The fave Timmy's in my book. Highly recommend this location for the positive & friendly atmosphere alone.

We only go coffee every time we went but the staff is more than worth the visit. The girls are great specially Desiree. I will be placing a picture of her here. Please , give her a shout out from the Florida crew because you read this review.

Giving all 5 stars because of Desiree, that works on saturday morning shift. Has an amazing personality, great customer service skills!! Always delivers a smile while taking her orders. Shes the reason i love to come on saturday mornings to tim. Go girl!

Honestly the sweetest staff you could possibly ask for, management is incredible and everyone else beside her is equally as amazing! Highly recommend this Tim’s over the other 5 in the 10 miles radius from this location. I’ve had too many bad experiences to count with many many other locations, attitudes galore or they just are outside smoking and won’t go in to take orders *cough cough* (the e broad location)
Schrock Rd, is always open on time and never make me feel like I’m inconveniencing anyone. And the inside is consistently nice and clean! 6/5 stars if I could do it!

Better than 161. Need to put more cream cheese on a bagel though. That small amount is ridiculous. Other than that keep hiring competent people and you should do well.
