The workers are amazing, the food is great, BUT Corporate doesn't seem to care that they were literally robbed?! They forced them to continue working the same day a person jumped the counter. Can Corporate please do something to make up for this? A bonus check for pain and suffering, possible PTSD? Or are you going to continue to ignore your workers request for better treatment and fair compensation? DO BETTER.

Give the girl who was working the night shift on 11/04/21 a promotion! She was working by herself, had a consistent line of customers filling up the entire drive-through, and was fast, kind, professional, and apologetic about the wait even though there barely was any considering she was there on her own. 10/10 service

It was really good breakfast food. But don't ask for your gravy on th side because they will give you this tiny cup that cheese sauce comes n for 1 biscuit. That cup won't even cover half a biscuit. I would think this was a joke if it didn't really happen to me.

Due to covid 19 they have half of the seating blocked off. They also give you cups, lids, straws and condiments and from behind the counter which to me seems safer than other fast food places I've visited lately. I recently entered for the first time since the virus began and had a good experience with staff both times and hot fries which I really appreciate.

I enjoyed making my order.
We were in drive thru.
The line was long, but it didn't take them long to get to us.
Even when it was our time to pay for our order and i asked could I add another icecream shake she smiled and said sure.

The food here is really good and the location is very close to where I work, the staff are great, place is well kept. But the wait time is a little too long to be able to get there and back for lunch. Twice I was told that they couldn't open because staff members were late.
Still it gets four stars for food quality and service when they are fully staffed. Be sure to call ahead before you clock out for your lunch break if you have a craving for Wendy's.

I love Wendy's in general but each restaurant is different based on staff. This Wendy's was fine. The young lady taking the order was very monotone with no expression but took the order efficiently. The order was ready quickly. I had chili which was unusually soupy. It wasn't terrible but not thick and delicious like usual.
