Ordered over phone staff was friendly and helpful. Took less than 10 minutes for my order to be ready from start of calling. Food was on point 🤤 everything was correct. Only negative I have to say was I ordered a loaf of banana bread and pumpkin and the pumpkin was somewhat dry tasty but dry. Banana bread is to die for.

Had an almost great breakfast with an elderly gentleman who was not at all happy with the $2.98 coffee that was, frankly, very weak. However, when he complained at checkout the manager on duty was extremely gracious, courteous, and attentive and not only didn't charge him, or me, for the coffee, the ticket was reduced by nearly $10. So hats off to management and the problem with the coffee was certainly an isolated incident. Bob Evans Restaurants will always be at the top of my list of great places to eat.

I have eaten here alot of times and quit going for awhile because the food wasn't good .. so we decided to give them another try ...I have to say the good was very good as well as the service ..I'm hoping it continues .

Clean place with attentive staff. It's a great place and features a lot of foods that feel home cooked with a few vegetarian options like their cheddar baked potato soup and cheddar broccoli. No vegan options though to my knowledge. Always fun to try something new on their menu and staff were very nice. A great place to sit and relax for a bit as well.
