Mcdonald's

I ordered the fish meal at the Drive through, (no cheese, crispy, extra tartar) . Paid, pulled off, and sanitized my hands so I could eat. My fries were hot and delicious. I Pulled my fish sandwich out ,mind you I'm about 8 minutes away but now, wondering why the box was so light, I Pulled up at my destination parked and proceeded to look at my sandwich. I had a tartar sauce and cheese sandwich, no fish patty in sight. I, of course, had to go back and get my correct order. However, they got it wrong again. That's why I can't give 5 stars for service. When the manager stepped in, she handled the situation with so much respect and professionalism. I meant to get her name, and she exemplamented outstanding customer service. So the

Today my husband went through the drive-thru and ordered around 5pm,when he got home(we live 15 minutes away) our order was missing a few items and had onions on a burger when he said "no onions". I tried to call and had to leave a message so I decided to drive back because we spent $20. When I got there I told the woman what was missing and things were wrong. She was so sweet and apologized then remade the entire order. I didn't catch her name, but she kept calling me Mama! She is honestly the reason for how I rated this review! She went above and beyond and had the best customer service I have seen at any McDonald's I've been to in a long time! I hope she is able to see this review because I hope it makes her day because she was so sweet and made mine with how she was so prepared to correct the mistake that was made! Thank you!
