I’ve been going to chipotle for some time. This location had great service the manager even went to the back to get me some chips when the worker in the front said they were out. She’s amazing❕ The bowl was loaded other than a few chewy pieces of chicken it was very good 4 stars❕

The Chipotland drive thru was absolutely amazing! The young lady working the drive thru was awesome on Friday. She greeted with a smile amd sent us off with a thank you! Hope Management realizes she makes a huge difference to their store!!

Edit: I was provided 2 free meals by Chipotle in a timely manner. Over the past few months I’ve returned to eat at this restaurant and service has improved manifold. I’m updating my review and encourage the staff to continue excellent work!
Placed an online order for pick up. Chicken in my order was missing. The phone appears to be offline. Brown rice not cooked all the way. Very poor service by inattentive staff.

Lots of people complaining because they shut down the inside without addressing the real issue— the workers are clearly underpaid and mistreated if the retention is that bad. Food is always decent and the workers genuinely fry

I am chipotle’s fan! Have eaten from many locations, this location is closest to my home and the best one! Might have taken out at least 10 times, every time they make just perfect bowl.

This is the worst Chipotle in Columbus Ohio. Everytime I go to this location there's a problem. Also, the online order pickup time is hardly ever less than 45-60min. The portion size is atrocious. You always have to ask for extra just to get a normal portion of anything. The place always seems understaffed. I live less than a mile away and drive to locations much further just to get and adequate meal. Every couple of months I try to give them a second chance and each time im rewarded with disappointment. I've brought this up in the past and yet the same problems still persist.

Disappointed in this location. Quality of food and service varies visit to visit. Today, midday, no white rice and no sign warning customers at the door. So, you don't find out until you've waited 20 minutes in line and get to the front.

I visited this location for the first time today. It had the best staff I have ever seen in a Chipotle and was very clean and well run. They busted through a very long line quickly and with polite precision. Keep up the great work, guys!

Okay, let's start off my saying I love Chipotle but this Chipotle is awful! It's the closest one to our house but from now on we'll go to the one in New Albany. Every single time we go to this one the line is out the door because there are never enough people working. Then once you finally get to order they never listen and just push your food forward and forget to put things in the bag. Tonight they forgot the guacamole, but charged us for it, and they but our bowls in with the end down instead of the bottom and black bean juice soaked through the bag and in our car. I don't know if they need a new manager or new training or what but it's just always something there. They always seem surprised to be busy but it's in a very busy location. Again, I love Chipotle but this one needs help!

If zero stars were an option I'd pick that. They never have enough food or people working. The past few times I've gotten food to go they put the wrong things on my bowl. They don't fix their mistakes, and everyone there acts like they hate their jobs. I'd honestly rather make my trip to chipotle twice as long rather than go to this one.

For the amount of money I paid for a steak burrito I've gotten a full meal at a Mexican restaurant with more food to eat. My steak was cold they were in no hurry to replenish the steak that was sitting in there well because they were too busy socializing behind the counter. I know that Chipotle has what they call the critical 7 ingredients and which they try to give the customer little to save on food cost but this is ridiculous . I think they need to reexamine the way they do things so we can get better value for money

Don't bother going in this one. Drive down the road to the Hamilton rd location or Easton. The employees are CONSISTENTLY inadequate, poorly trained and just not bright... I've worked at TWO chipotle locations and this one is seriously lacking.

Stopped in today (10/27) around 5pm. Told guy I want burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans and chicken. I had to repeat myself 3 seconds later because he didn't listen to me. Salsa looked watered down and gross. Cashier was arguing with some guy that kept coming into the store. Forgot my quacamole, had to ask twice for it. Tables were digusting. None of them had been wiped off. No straws for drinks, but whatever I can drink out of the cup. I asked cashier guy for straws and he said "yeah, hold on". He proceeded to go outside and argue with friend again. He came back in and never got straws. I asked for straw again. Finally got one. Cashier went back outside 3rd time to fight/argue with friend again. Poor customer service. Poor atmosphere. Dirty. Won't go back to this one.
