The staff is great I literally come 4-5 times a week and they’re phenomenal I do my best to tip and if I can’t I always make it up to them the next time best location by far between this one and Polaris even though I live closer to Polaris I rather make the drive to this one keep it up!
They get my order very quickly. Never a long wait. It's clean and nice inside. It's a good place to get something quick and healthy before having to go back to work.
This smoothie king is my go to location. They make my go to drink just right 99% of the time. My only complaint is that they are not always quick enough. I waited my entire lunch break in the drive thru line today and there were only 3 cars. I understand if they were short staffed though I can completely empathize with that but I’m not sure if that was what was going on or not. If they improve their wait times it would be 5 stars!
I stop in the Worthington location frequently and gotten top tier service every time, staff are friendly and quick. Can’t beat the vanilla hulk!
Great place for a healthy breakfast. I enjoyed the peanut butter chocolate banana smoothie. I also purchased the chocolate gladiator protein powder and it’s amazing. I go there every-time I’m in town
This smoothie king is the only smoothie king in central Ohio that knows how to make a smoothie. It is perfect every time I go with so much flavor. The one on polaris makes runny smoothies that have no flavor. This smoothie king has been consistent and delicious for years! keep up the good work!

I love their smoothies! A bit pricey for a beverage but totally worth it! The staff is always kind and helpful. I will keep coming back! I think I may stop by there later today, they have a Friday special.
Service is much faster than it used to be. I used to wait 7-8 minutes for the drive thru, when I was literally the only customer in line. That doesn't happen anymore. My only critism has been resolved. Great location.

Edit: My husband and I have returned periodically since I left my original review and we have been pleased with the quality of smoothies and customer service. They must have had a switch up of staff because I haven't seen the two young men working at this location any longer.
Original 1 star review: I had a very interesting experience at this location on a Friday night. I had swung by after work because my husband had had a bad day and wanted a smoothie. There was a sign on the drive through that said it was broken. No biggie, I decided to go inside. I walked in to a nearly empty building, only 2 teenaged boys behind the counter serving a small group of teenaged girls. I was not greeted and stood waiting to order for 5 to 10 minutes.
After finally ordering, I paid and waited on 2 smoothies- one for my husband and one for me. As my smoothies are being made, a couple walk in and are quickly accused of not paying the last time they were in. They, of course, were very upset and there was a scene because the boy behind the counter was refusing service. While this is happening, the other boy behind the counter is remaking my smoothies multiple times because he's going back and forth between my order and the upset couple wanting to see camera or computer proof that they didn't pay last visit.
After 30 minutes, the couple left and the two boys were complaining about to the couple to me. They ended up finishing my order and provided a voucher for a free smoothie after apologizing for the wait.
I will not be back to this location any time soon. The service provided to me and others was very unprofessional and I almost felt like I was on a hidden camera game show of sorts because of how everything happened.
