Wendy's

I have been going to this Wendy's location for years and today was the worst service I've had in a while, didn't give me all the food I ordered and had to go back around to get what they didn't put in the bag, after I got home and passed out the food my son found a hair in his fries and nuggets, this is disgusting and unprofessional.

Wonderful customer service me and my family had tonight 😌 we ordered a bourbon triple burger meal, baconator double, kids meal, and some drinks. And we received our food properly made and freshly hot , the fries my son loved! The two young boys and the girl that was helping them did amazing!! We would definitely come back when we want to eat Wendy's again! Those three workers should get a raise or a award ! 😌 they all did a wonderful job we liked how the big guy attend us at the window making sure if we needed anything else or was missing anything ☺️

There wasn't a lot of people inside when we got there. We had to ask for the area we wanted to sit at to be cleaned. Several tables were not clean either. "They were pretty busy and hadn't had time to clean up yet,"they said so I will say they were busy. The staff were quick on responding to the counter as soon as someone was there.

This place has changed over the last 20 years the person that they have taking money is a mine never tells you your total never says thank you simply holds out his hand for you to give him money. I miss the lady that used to take orders that would always be cheerful and say welcome to my Wendy's! The staff has really changed a lot recently maybe it's all due to covid but now there's always a line around the building unlike before

I go here all the time (it is very close to my work) people are always nice, normally in a rush because it's fast food. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is because there are a lot of times that they have gotten my order wrong but I always check before I leave and they have never had any issues with them giving me the correct order so still a great place to me.

It is hard to find fastfood restaurants that the food is hot and juicy still when I get home. It's been a while since I was at that Wendy's, since I retired it's further away from home. I want to thank and send good exceptional help. Please give this store raises they are awesome. Merry Christmas to you all. I'll be back. Again Thank you for an awesome experience.
