Had great service, good food, place was clean. Not a place for a celiac...
I also have to mention that this was a really nice looking Arby's on the inside.
I have some very interesting drink choices here. It is a coke shop, but they have Dr. Pepper, diet, Dr. Pepper, mellow, yellow, and Fanta, just to name a few.
My wife and I love this Arbys been going here for years and is our favorite Arbys. We live in Worthington and come to this location on N High St near Graceland.
I want to apologize for the quality of the images. My iPhone totally tricked me when I took the photos they looked great but I didn’t check them in photos before eating when I went to review I saw some were blurred out.
I ordered the the smokehouse brisket, it’s one of my favorite but I like most of Arby’s combos. They made it perfect! Also ordered a beef N cheddar classic for my wife, she gets the sauces on the side, and you can see they actually listened!
We ordered a large curly fry which were awesome, and we both love Arby’s mozzarella sticks they are the BEST.
Everything ordered was as good as could be. No long wait in the drive thru line, even got given a free bottle of water at the window. Price was even low, all food costed $20.94 which is good for what we got.
I recommend this Arby’s above others if you can make it here. Not too many fast food chains in the area are as good as this location is, not a fan of the area but the Arby’s is worth checking out.
We've lived in this area 40+ years and mostly had good service and quality at this Location. Ordered online for the first time and received a confirmation number. The store didn't have record of it when I went through the pick up window. The lady working (7:30 pm 4/8/23) said no worries, sit tight. Didn't challenge me about it, just put the order together. She was friendly, I was grateful. Good service is becoming less common these days and is important. Food was very good too !
I have to add to my review as I ordered again this evening. All good ! Cassie is the night manager and works very hard. Friendly lady that deserves recognition for quality work !
Arby's has changed. Food used to be so great, now it's only good and the service is subpar at best. Whatever happened to the workers who actually "worked," who actually cared to have a job, who actually gave good service? These kids who are employed there (can,'t say "who work there" because they have no concept or definition of the word) do not get the orders right, can't count without the register, and have very little training in people skills. How depressing, how debilitating, how disturbing.
I have been frequenting this location a lot lately. There is a young man named Austin who has been working the drive thru most times I order. He is amazing. Service with a smile. Fast, accurate, and courteous.
Always good at this location, where the staff are genuinely nice, the patio is a fairly quiet place to chit chat on a day of mild weather, and the food is prepared with care.
Fair experience just your typical Arby’s nothing more special about this location then any other food was good and order was correct fast service drive through was fast my other visit the other day
the guy in the drive thru window was so lovely. i didn't catch his name, but he was an older white guy. he asked if we'd like to donate at the speaker and we said sure! when we got to the window and tols us a little more about the organization and gave us a little flyer. you could tell he actually cared about the cause!! and the food was amazing too. just a lovely visit thanks to him!!

They have the meats! Good and fast. Clean place with friendly staff.
Good old school (90s) feel to the interior yet modern. Good large patio on the side. This place deserves birthdays, events, etc... it's nice.
Well stocked friendly employees (shout out to Al!)
