This was the best McDonalds i have ever been to! It was clean, the food was actually fresh and hot! Feel weird actually reviewing a McDonalds but this one was so good!
Out side of using the machine to order was fine, I feel all these machines are taking away jobs
This McDonald's is very hi-tech when it comes to ordering, very fast service, the restaurant was very clean and actually as I'm writing this review a employee is cleaning the dinning room. Very polite and nice employee's which is ALWAYS a Plus in my book.
Consistently better biscuits than most other locations (gravy biscuits). Very quick drive through.

The manager in the morning that's from India is real rude. HEY LADY IF YOU SLOW DOWN AND LISTEN EVERY SINGLE THING YOU ASKED ME I HAD ALREADY SAID TO YOU, I KNOW YOU WERENT LISTENING AN FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU WANTED TO TRY AND WRITE ME OFF... IF YOU HATE YOU'RE JOB THEN DON'T WORK IT!!!
*Very* busy (and kind of slow) drive thru today even though it was 10:20 when we arrived - not a typical time for a busy drive thru. Picked up a late breakfast for my daughter on her way to school. Food was ready when we got to the window. Not super hot, but that was fine so my daughter could eat

Hit or miss if you go inside.
Recently went at a time when the outside line was not that busy, but it took 5 minutes to get a cashier to take my order.
They have begun to assume people coming in are picking up an order or simply avoid eye contact hoping you'll leave, which I have on occasion.
Always a great place to eat.

No lids for cups. Like theur fish sammiches.
This McDonalds is never a disappointment. I don't mind waiting in line but I know people order a lot of food this time of night. I drive Uber and this is the only McDonald's I will visit in the entire Columbus area. Always friendly staff. Order done right and always hot and fresh. I love this place
