Potbelly Sandwich Shop

11/3/2023 @ 1:50 p.m. Finally the best downtown within my budget. The Service and Atmosphere excellent! The food Awesome. The food didn't have a nasty weird taste to it like most other places downtown. The wreck sub awesome. The apple pecan salad awesome. The oreo shake made from ice-cream awesome. Price perfect. Now, here on out I WILL LEAVE A TIP! Great Job Potbelly 👏 😃

Probably the best Potbelly I've been to location-wise. Right around Capitol Square, this location is quite convenient. Food was good as usual Potbelly shops. Got my usual, the wreak with hot peppers, and it was delicious. Great service, and clean dining areas. For restrooms, it's for customers only, so they'll give you a key if you need to use it.

I used to love this place. I discovered them in November 2015. I went in there the second week of November 2015 and then the week after on November 17 2015 and wow the subs were so good. I got some type of chicken sub with one of their organic shakes and a cookie. I did get sick in my stomach from eating a cookie and drinking a shake because it was too much sugar in my stomach. it was my birthday so I went a little overboard. Anyway the food was awesome and so was the service. When I went back 8 months later the menu changed from November 2015 and I was a little disspointed because it wasn't the same menu. They staff made me a new sandwich on their menu that I picked out and it was good and the service was good then

The food is consistently good. Thought they do take an average of five or so minutes to make the orders. Not a place to go unless you have some time to kill, but when you do go the food is almost always guaranteed to be a highlight of your day. Also it usually isn't very cluttered or busy, so line waits aren't a thing that a patron deals with on a regular basis. I'd recommend it to anyone really.
