We came here after a youth hockey game. The food was amazing! I will be back every time we are in town. FYI, the McGriddle spin-off, just Wow! Thanks for the great dining experience.
Power walking the nationwide children’s half marathon made me extremely hungry so I visited someplace not so busy on that Sunday that I know wouldn’t disappoint. Ordered a Breakfast burrito, berry pancakes and chorizo tacos (my friend ordered). All were fresh and the amazing amount of calories I needed after the exercise.
Food and service were great! It is located in a college area so that pretty much determines the atmosphere. However I would certainly go back again if for nothing but the hash browns!
Ordered the mango habanero traditional wings, and they were just okay. Could have been a little crispier; the sauce was kind of bland.
Stopped by after a car show and we loved it! Happened to be brunch time. Everything was delicious!
Cool little bar and kitchen close to OH St. campus and State fairgrounds.
Good Buffalo Wings, beer selection and bar. Not a great tequila selection, but ok.
This place is a hidden gem. Yes it's a college bar but the food is surprisingly really good, and the tap list is impressive. I love within walking distance and find myself here all the time as a quick option that I know I won't be disappointed with.
so i'm gonna lead with the only "negative" (and it's not even THAT bad): i think our waiter thought we were a little weird for not drinking. partner and i are both sober so we were just going for good eats. that being said, this place seems hip enough that they'll offer more nonalcoholic options, especially with that becoming far more popular lately.
with that out of the way. i've never been here, and with many other saturday night options slammed thanks to UFC, the crew game, and whathaveyou, we decided to swing by with google maps saying it wasn't as busy. and though it was still pretty packed, we got a seat immediately, no problem. i will say that it is a campus bar -- so if you aren't down with college kids and modern hip-hop, you may not like it as much. but i didn't mind the vibe at all, and even with that, it's not the main event.
no, the main event really is the drink selection. i may not partake anymore, but the taplist, the house cocktails, the selection of shots, they've got it all. whether you're looking for a cheap basic or something new and adventurous, they have something for you. what we came for was the food -- and lemme tell ya, they got that too. we both had burgers, but it seems like all of their sandwiches are S tier. there's something about the presentation, the selections made in accoutrements and condiments, that melds so well with the campus bar environment. being here really does make you feel like you're back in your college days.
i probably wouldn't have thought much of this place without coming here myself. but this is not just another campus bar. Fourth Street Taproom doesn't seem like a place willing to settle for average -- and if you don't either, no matter what day of the week, you should give this place a look.
This establishment is by far one of the tastiest places to eat bar food, Aaliyah is lovely and is very attentive, I always had a drink to wash down my food, napkins to clean my hands, and never had to ask for refills.
Picked this quiet off campus tap on a trip to Columbus for coaching. Incredible staff. Really good food. Really good beer. Dog friendly which is very unique and cool. Loved it enough we visited twice in two day.
