Donatos Pizza

We are staying at the Ohio Expo Center. We were impressed when we ordered that the call center guy spoke clear English. Then we were impressed that the store location understood perfectly how/where to deliver it since 17th Ave. is closed. The pizza arrived within 30 minutes, it was hot & tasty. As a bonus they even sent plates and napkins. We were incredibly satisfied with our experience!!

I ate for my first time on 9-6-2023 at Donatos OSU Campus at 2084 N. High St. in the "University District" neighborhood of Columbus. I have ordered food hundreds of times from Donatos Upper Arlington [at 3000 Northwest Blvd.] so I know the Donatos menu quite well. My food choice on 9-6-2023 had been my favorite Donatos item: Big Don® Italian Sub with Sausage Crumbles [oven baked with shaved ham, sliced salami, smoked Provolone, family recipe sausage, banana peppers, freshly cut Roma tomatoes, lettuce, and house Italian dressing]. I had ordered my Big Don® Italian Sub with Sausage Crumbles -- on-line -- while at home -- and then traveled to Donatos OSU Campus to pick up and eat my sandwich. I had expected that the Donatos website would ask me to confirm my one-time change in pickup location but that did not happen. If you are looking for delicious pizzas and subs, I recommend any of the many locations of Donatos.

I was traveling and needed to use the restroom. We didn’t realize we were getting off the exit at a college campus. We went to 6 different places before we ended up at donatos where the bathrooms were actually open. The cashier was so sweet in directing me to the restrooms. I spent money just in appreciation for the restroom being open. I just want to thank the employee that was there.
