Chef Suzy and the mix are wonderful and outgoing people and I cannot recommend highly enough a trip to this gem of a sandwich shop.

Very good cheese steak! They load it with meat, definitely worth a shot. Seating is limited, and outdoors, but you can sometimes find a table inside. It's more of a take away shop.

Awesome place for lunch (and extended hours for select events) downtown in The Arena District. Inexpensive comparatively to other area spots. Staff is incredibly friendly and food comes fast. Portions are large. I eat there very often.

Overall, very good cheese steaks, especially for Columbus. The steak is extra-dry style, so be prepared to ask for double cheese and slather it with condiments to compensate. The bread is average, and could be better if buttered and grilled. The portion size for the steak is large. You definitely get your money's worth.

Best Cheesesteak in Columbus! These steaks have the real Amoroso Hearth Baked Rolls from Philly! What's not to like!?? Cheese Whizz and White American cheese plus a huge sandwich makes this a great deal.

First experience was less than par but Pete made our second experience wonderful!! Truly a great man and food was excellent!! We’ll put this on our list for luncheons at work once again! Highly recommend the Cubans here, they’re delish!

Well, parking sucks but that's downtown. They need to put on on polaris . Food was good, huuuuge cheesesteak, lots of meat, maybe 3x those other cheesesteak places in columbus. Need a little more seasoning and more chease. But was really good.

I used to travel to Philly a lot where most trips included cheesesteak for lunch. I spontaneously stopped by yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The cheesesteak was authentic and melted in my mouth The convenience and service was also outstanding. I highly recommend Sandman's.

Eating a Sandman is a religious experience! I grew up outside of Philly and this is the most authentic cheesesteak I have had since moving to OH in 1990. I work in New Albany, live in Hilliard and I stop downtown for a Sandman as often as I can! Well worth it!
