walked in and the server told us we were more than welcome to stay and eat but that the staff was just told by the owner that they were closing down and half the staff walked out and others didn't show so it was chaotic. Still had a good meal and the best service they could provide. That owner should be be ashamed of themselves for telling staff only 24 hrs ahead of shutting the doors for good.

I came here for lunch on Wednesday, August 16th; this is an EXCELLENT place to grab a bite. The food was great, and the server was really nice. Even during peak hours (lunchtime), our food came out very quickly (less than 15 minutes)! I got a burger, and it was delicious; not too expensive either. I highly recommend this place!

A few firsts for me. First time getting food from here. Although it’s an actual restaurant, you can go through a drive thru to order food if you don’t want to go inside. I ordered garlic parm and honey garlic 6 pc wings, loaded waffle fries, and mac n cheese. I asked for wings to be fried hard (wasn’t fried hard enough for us BUT I recognize that “fried hard” can vary according to preference). Ended up putting them in the air fryer for a bit. Sauce was great but I wished they were regular size wings and not those jumbo ones which freaks me out, lol. A couple of wings had huge feathers which was a turn off. Loaded fries were good but wished they used cheese sauce instead of shredded cheese-we still smashed them though. The lady who took my order was so nice. Teeter tottering between a 3 or 4 star review. Food was a 3.8, the friendly lady bumped it up to a four. I think we’d try food from here again.

We really enjoyed Woody’s! The atmosphere is great for wings, sports and good bar food. We came on Monday, which was “Buy 10 boneless wings, get 10 free” for the special. I ordered the honey garlic (pictured), and my wife ordered the Island Jerk. They charge for any ranch, sauce etc., and for carrots or celery, and for ordering your wings wet, which seemed to be taking advantage of the things people typically ask for when ordering wings. My wife’s wings were so hot she couldn’t eat them, and I tried one and it burned me up too! We enjoyed our beers and ate my wings and got ready to leave. Then our waitress came and said she’d heard another table that ordered Island Heat complain about it being too hot, and she went and checked and the kitchen had accidentally put the wrong sauces in the wrong place - we had been served Diablo which is second in heat only to their 5th degree! Our waitress gave us a free dessert to make things right, which is great customer service. Of course, my wife wanted the cookie and ice cream to cool her tongue! The mix up in sauces was made right, but the extra charges for common accompaniments and the fact that they were out of the first beer I ordered are why I gave four stars. I’d come back to Woody’s if I get to Columbus again.

This was our first time eating here. I don't know if it was just because of the Mount Union Raiders playoff watch party, or if it's always like this, but it was very upbeat and fun. Everyone was smiling and friendly. The appetizers were fantastic and everyone who got wings really liked them. One critique: my family "sauce snobs" were a little critical of the choices. They got 6 flavors between them and they felt they were too similar. Great beer choices and everything but the bathrooms appeared to be clean. We'll definitely be back!

THE. BEST. WING. PLACE. PERIOD! Your search is over. The best wing place exists in Worthington, OH, on the north side of Columbus, at Woody's Wing House. Holy cow! What a place! Let's start with the wings. Fresh, hot, crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Every bite was better than the last. Next let's talk beer. Tall, cold and what seemed like a million varieties. They kept coming. At the end of the day we all know matters, though, right? Service! And did you know service is actually spelled with a "D" and is pronounced "DAVONNA"? It's true. This girl has and does it all! She greeted and seated us, took our drink and food orders, and delivered it all with an award winning smile and personality! We loved her! Absolutely loved her! When we complimented her on her service she was very humble. When we complimented the food she said she would and did let the kitchen folks know. Such an amazing person! Trust me. Having her is worth your trip! Thank you, Davonna, for such a great experience!
