I recently visited this Raising Cane’s and I liked the location and the service from the associate. RC is a decent chicken fast food restaurant. I ordered the Sandwich Combo with fries and a drink. The ambiance and decor in this restaurant was age appropriate, comfortable seating, the interior design was vibrant, and again the service was stellar. Metered limited parking out front and across the street. There is a nearby parking garage for a few. Friendly environment and decent prices.

This place is great other.. missing a tender from my box meal. The food was fresh and the cane sauce is on point. Guy at the counter has a great smile.. thanks for being so pleasant

I have had only great experiences at this Canes. I often found myself going here with friends very late at night and the line would be out the store. Every time the employees did a great job taking orders and giving people their food in an efficient manner. I've found all the employees at this location to be very friendly and patient to all of the customers. There is one employee in particular who I often see working their that is so friendly and kind that it automatically makes my day better by just seeing him. I still remember the first time he took my order because I was feeling a little down in the dumps that day but he made me feel much better because he asked me about my plans for the night and gave me a boost of positive energy. I will be sorely disappointed if he isn't working at this location this upcoming school year.

This Raising Cane’s isn’t any more or less special than any other. However, its proximity to OSU’s campus does create a lot of traffic. That said the staff work extremely efficiently to get to everyone’s orders ready promptly, even when the line is out the door at 1:30am on a Sunday!

This was my first time at a Raising Cane's so I was a bit slow with my order. The staff was incredibly patient with me while I figured it out. The food is exactly when you'd expect from a fast food place. It's good but it's played really safe in order to get the highest number of people to be ok with it. If you like a bit more aggressive flavors and spices like me, this place will not knock you off your feet. Although the sauce that comes with their chicken that is an absolute banger!

Mark and Alec went above and beyond to serve us well. They were out of lemonade, and they graciously and professionally told me that I could go to the other canes near the are. But then they turned around and said that they will make some for my friends and I !!! They didn't have to do that for me. Thank you guys!!!

I love the crinkle cut fries and the Caniac sauce. I have been going to this location since it opened. It has not once been dirty. Not one time have I entered this restaurant and it has been dirty.

Got some late night chicken fingers with my friends and even though it was super crowded the service was insanely fast. Too bad the food was pretty meh

Best chicken around! The lemonade is amazing and that sauce is in a class of its own! I think the bread is my absolute favorite though.
