Delicious snack, but not filling enough for a meal. It’s located in the same building as The Daily Growler. Bathrooms and wifi, and plenty of seating. They were open past 1pm on Saturday but not sure how common this is!

Tiny little doorway in the Daily Growler that offers a surprising amount of both sweet and savory kolaches. This has become a regular breakfast spot. Food is fresh, filling, and oh so tasty. I dig the rotating specials for variety and I'm a sucker for the regular menu. I find the price to be similar to what you'd pay for fast food with homemade quality. You can't find a better value breakfast in the city.

Chorizo is a winner. We get one weekly. The bun used is fluffy and delicious, the flavor is great, and the jalapeno jelly is next level. I would have taken a pic, but I ate it.

Vegetarian morning sandwich is great. The coffee is simple but good and goes great with the Kolache. I do wish they had sweeteners for the iced coffee. Some interesting flavors for the baked goods. I had the maple pecan Kolache and it was delicious. The kielbasa was very tasty and filling

Kolache Republic's savory pastries are a miracle of warm deliciousness. If I could have only one thing for breakfast the rest of my life, Kolache Republic's fare might be it. I wish I could give it 6 stars.
Weekend specials are awesome. Falter's bacon and egg Kolache was really good this weekend. Biscuits with sausage gravy is a can't miss. Sweet Kolache flavors are always good.
