Food was excellent. Fries were hot and crispy and the chicken fingers were hot, crispy and tender. Service was a bit inattentive as I waited at the register for about 5 min before acknowledgment. Atmosphere was good but tables need to be cleaned.
Delicious as always! For some reason the drive-thru speaker wasn't working so they had an employee standing out with a tablet taking orders and payments which actually made the drive-thru line move a lot faster. Food was hot and fresh. I have yet to be disappointed by this food chain.
My kids love Cane's. Always a line at the drive thru, but they always get you taken care of quickly. Good value. Limited menu, but everything they do they do really well.
Best food and experience in quite some time. The chicken was fresh and crispy - just like the fries! I also noticed that the canes sauce cups have "canes sauce" imprinted - nice touch. The toast was also good. Tables were clean and the staff was nice - even cleared our table for us. Will definitely
I ordered a Box Combo from the mobile app for in store pick up. When I went in to get my meal the associate handed me a bag with 3 entrees and 3 cups. I said I didn’t think that was my order and she repeated my name and said “yes, this is yours “. The small receipt taped to the bag said 1 box combo
I have always been a huge fan of Raising Canes, most likely due to the divine simplicity of their Cane's Sauce! Go with the same order every time. It's currently Take Out or Drive Thru, and usually expect a wait anywhere from 15-30 minutes in my experience...but to me, it's always worth it!!
This location does a tremendous job with fresh never frozen chicken and serving chicken with a smile! Not the cleanest location they have, but passable in my book! Ive only received poor quality food here one time out of countless visits!
I had just gotten in to Columbus. And it was late and I needed a bite to eat. It was the only fast food place with a line of cars, so I thought it must be good and it was delicious.

I.love the consistency of this chain. They are so good and so simple. Best chicken fingers ever and extremely fair priced. They are awesome and the caines sauce is legendary. I love the service and cleanliness as well. The sweet tea is a must too.
Manager Kaylee today helped me with an order and Customer service was beyond great. This has always been the best food and now service for chicken.
Our food was really good. Canes seem to be very consistent. Not sure why they charge $1.00 to refill a lemonade.
Very clean and a very friendly and hard working group of employees, I got up to take my garbage to the can and Patricia asked if I would like for her to take them for me (WOW) that is amazing to me. We were very impressed.
