Simply the best hamburger I've had in years . Chocolate fudge to die for . The Turtles candy was excellent . Very good tea . French fries had the right amount of seasoning and were crisp the way I like them . The staff were so friendly , even the customers would stop by our table and talk to us . Wish they would open a restaurant here in Augusta ,Georgia . Next time I'm going to leave early in the morning just so I can eat breakfast there . All the food looked so good . So I'd rate this restaurant as EXCELLENT !!!! Oh by the way their bread is homemade .

It is a treat to go there every Saturday morning and have breakfast. Their bacon egg and cheese biscuit is excellent. Their Sausage gravy, two eggs, and biscuits is the special. It is fun to be "bad" at least one day per week. We take friends and family their when they visit us. This is a great place to eat, and they are so friendly.

My 12 year old son and I ate breakfast here on our Saturday morning breakfast date last weekend and loved it! Thankfully, we beat the rush, because apparently everyone loves it, and for good reason. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. We both had the cheese steak omelettes with wheat toast, and it was great!

Four years ago, we had stopped in Southern Manners but were not overly impressed. It wasn't bad, it just didn't stand out for us...not the warmest welcome, menu was mehhhh, they didn't have any soups on the menu despite having sandwiches which was disappointing, and whatever we had wasn't enough to make us come back again at least anytime soon. Today, we went in for the second time while running errands in Columbus and were very pleasantly surprised🙂 We were greeted as soon as we entered, it had a very warm atmosphere & felt it was a popular local place, and the menu had definitely expanded and included a diverse selection of breakfast offerings (biscuits, baked oatmeal, stuffed French toast), sandwiches, wraps, burgers, melts, soups, and sides. I ordered the Rueben with a side of broccoli salad and my husband had the Italian deli sandwich on tomato basil bread with a cup of creamy broccoli noodle soup. We grabbed our drinks (my hubby had a coke zero and I had sweet tea which had the perfect balance of sweetness to tea flavor) and snagged a seat by the window (there was also upstairs seating we found out which I definitely don't remember from years ago). Our food came out promptly & was nice & hot. My rueben was perfect with the right level of crispness gooeyness and filled with plenty of corned beef topped with sauerkraut, dressing, and cheese and the broccoli salad was fresh with a nice sweet dressing & dressed with cheese & sunflower seeds. My hubby's sandwich on that bread was amazing and so fresh tasting!!! And their soup was yummy...so yummy I was reaching over & dipping my sandwich in it☺️ I can say without reservations that we most definitely will be back & likely become our go-to local lunch spot! I can't wait to try their breakfast offerings. I am typically off on Mondays and it's perfect finding a restaurant opened around Tyron/Columbus/Landrum as most are closed. Southern Manners is very under-rated. Ya'll are fabulous!

Decided to #eatlocal and came across this place. Y'all... breakfast is amazing and the portions are perfect! Definitely looking forward to trying out more of their menu. Pictured: Western omelet, homemade yogurt with fruit and granola, oatmeal, and hot chocolate Not pictured: breakfast stack because it wasn't going to photograph well as a tempting treat but it is "slap your mama" good!

This lovely restaurant is underrated in my opinion. It may look like a regular deli from the outside but is truly a great deli AND restaurant. We had a wonderful breakfast, the food was fresh and absolutely delicious! We had oatmeal with fruits and nuts, it was the best I ever had, eggs were made just right and the tomato-basil toast was so tasty! You should definitely eat here :)

My husband and I were staying at the TIEC and decided to go out for breakfast. We found this restaurant and decided to give it a try for breakfast. There was a lot to choose from. French toast, bacon, eggs, coffee, everything was delicious. Bacon was really thick. Dining is upstairs and downstairs. I would definitely dine here again. We were very happy with the food, quality and how quick we were served especially considering how crowded they were.

Good food. Cute atmosphere. Wish we could sit and be given menus then order with a waitress instead of ordering at the counter when you walk in. Breakfast only served in Sat and sun no lunch options.

I've been looking fora great diner since I moved here mid-July. Finally found it. And 1st off, wow cinnamon roll. I got one with a coffee and just enjoyed the place. Then I got a western breakfast burrito. Hot dang! Worth the 20min drive anytime I want a great breakfast!

This place is a gem! Jenny's French Toast was quite tasty with strawberries, banana and frosting. AND...we were able to catch up on all the gossip from the local men's club.

This is a lovely small town restaurant and deli. Walk in, look at the menu and place your order at the register station. They give you a number to place on your table and the food will be delivered. It's self serve on the drinks from a machine and iced tea pitcher. Staff is super friendly, food is well prepared and service is fast. Deli counter for purchasing meat, cheese, salads, etc and separate area with bakery items.
