First time visiting this McDonald's. We went through the dive through on our way home from Tennessee.
Drive through was fast, the customer service was amazing and the food was just how we ordered it! Everything was hot and fresh. The cheese on my cheeseburger was even hot and melted. It was fantastic! This location is EXACTLY how every McDonald's should be! This is the standard right here!

Went through the drive through at for lunch(3/24/22)And, order the chicken nugget combo w/large sweet tea. The nuggets had a bad taste to them. Tea was PURE SUGAR! One sip made my head hurt & I felt sick at my stomach. Needs to be re-staff or new manager! Zero stars

This one in Destin is very busy. The staff handle the flow of customers great! They are very nice and well mannered. This McDonalds ranks an A+++++ on my list. Have a great day!

I work for a living. I work for a company that doesn’t allow me to use the restroom in my customers houses which I understand. With that being said, the reason I was at this McDonald’s is because I had a “Code Brown” emergency. Covid closed down everything! There was a point in time that I started bringing in a 5 gallon bucket to work just to make sure I had something to “Code Brown” in.. techs like I started relying on companies like McDonald’s for elimination. Thank you McDonald’s!

Went through the drive through, and the line was crazy long. Despite that, we moved through quickly, our order was correct, and the ice cream machine was working. Perfect experience as far as McDonald's goes.
Update: This is not specific to this location, but McDonald's as a whole. I don't understand the purpose of their mobile app. Every other fast food app I've used (I haven't used that many) starts making your food when you submit the order. McD's makes you wait until you get to the store, so then you have to wait for the food. Isn't that the point of ordering ahead, so it's ready when you get there?!

Awful experience. Was in line for 15 minutes to have them get my order wrong. They didn’t give us receipt at first window to prove our order. We offered to pay for extra item, but they wouldn’t do it unless we waited in the line again, which we didn’t have time to do, so my 5 year old is without breakfast. This is what is wrong with things today.

The dining room is closed at this location. Drive up only. Employees were very friendly. But I hate eating in my car. My filet had a stale bun and the fries were a bit undercooked. It's hard to complain when you're eating behind the wheel.🙃
