Pizza Hut

With so many choices nowadays for pizza and When you need a good pizza at a reasonable price, Pizza Hut is the place to go. Ever since I was a kid, getting the personal pan pizza's were always the best. The book it program got me to read books and get free pizza! They still do that same program to this very day. Great job pizza hut!!! Keep up the great work!

I had a pick up today at the Nashville Highway Columbia Tennessee store. I walked in and my pizza was ready and hot Ryan took care of me he is very good and customer service had a smile and a pleasant way of handling customers. You could see that he just wanted to make the customers feel special. Any questions I had he answered and he was able to help me out. I have come to this location many times and this is my first encounter with Ryan and I hope he will take care of me each and every time because he is a Gem, and Pizza Hut and that location is lucky to have him.

Cassie was fantastic. I called and explained to her that at the time we placed our order, we thought we'd arrive on time, but we ended up getting stuck in wreck traffic on the interstate, which held us up. She told us to let her know when we were 10-15 minutes away, and she'd gladly remake our order so it would be fresh when we picked it up. She certainly went above and beyond to help us in our situation, and we genuinely couldn't be more thankful! Thanks, Cassie, for coming through! You need a raise!!

The lady that was in this establishment today was by herself and was completely covered in orders. I believe her name was Shelly and she was amazing, especially in her haste! The food was exceptional and better than usual! She definitely went above and beyond and was very apologetic in regards to the length of time.

I only give Strongly Agree when a store goes above and beyond what is expected by your average customer. Everything was done right and I received my order in a timely manner. My only dislike is that there was too much of the Parm/Garlic sauce in with my wings. I would rather prefer a light coating and not one where there is a layer of the sauce in the bottom of the container.
