I understand that everyone is short staffed. With that being said, I placed an order online around 7 pm. It let me know that I would have to wait a little while for delivery. Around 8 pm I get a text from a random number saying as usual they gave your order to someone else. So I called to verify this. The girl that answered knew who I was and said oh we’re sorry. We will remake it and send it out. But I felt as this was their fault they should have offered a discount or even better a free pizza means I am now waiting another hour. But all she said was “ would you like extra sauces. Ok whatever. This happened the last time I ordered also. I like papa johns pizza but they really need to work on customer service.

The food is very typically good and I do not have any complaints there. The problem is that they don’t line up their actual hours with the service hours listed on the app. Several times now I have been able to place an order online and paid for it, only for it to be canceled a while later because they’re not actually open, despite the app saying they are and allowing me to order and pay. It’s unprofessional.

Ordered online at 1:15pm..received text at 1:16 it would be 51 minutes. Too long but I was at work so I took a shot. After 60 minutes I called and was met with a frustrated gentleman stating well sorry we are short handed and your pizza is on its way. 20 minutes later the pizza guy who I still tipped $5 cause it wasn't his fault he was the only driver and I was hungry, just to open the box to a cold pizza and I mean rubber cheese cold.

The service here is lacking. We recently ordered several pizzas and they left one out of our order. We didn't realize it until we arrived at home. We called and they said they would have it ready. When returning, they didn't make it and refused to refund us. This is the last time we buy from them. We vote with our dollars, and they will not receive our any longer. And the pizza is only average as well.

Very unprofessional delivery drivers. They will just leave food at your door without knocking or anything. I understand that no contact delivery means they'll place the food at your door, but at the very least the driver should knock. The only reason I even knew the order was delivered was because I checked the tracker and it said delivered. On top of that, they brought me someone else's order and when I tried calling them nobody would answer the phone. I eventually got a refund and the order remade, but only after having to drive to the store (completely defeating the point of delivery). I suggest only ordering carryout from them

Most unprofessional service I’ve ever encountered ! We had a mishap with our delivery/carry out order, and when we call to figure things out the manager was very unprofessional and after my boyfriend asked during our phone call “why our mobile app was saying our order was delivered to our home address” the manager proceeded to say “who is that in the background?” “You need to tell him to step back?” ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Sir I’m sorry but grow up ! After him hanging up on us SEVERAL times we decide to drive over there and just pick up our food. We walk in and he tells us he canceled our order because he “isn’t dealing with the bullshit” then kicks us out of the store. Keep in mind we are being calm and appropriate! This man couldn’t even put his pride aside for one second to realize his wrongs and his disrespect tone. Learn how to treat customers! You have no business having a job in a pizza place when you can’t even handle such a little mishap without losing your tempter.
