The service is 5 stars đŻâ Their overall rating is a 3 because I've gone to this location 4 times now. The 2 times I've been this month (Feb 22') each time I checked the food, it looked amazing well put together, but it was barely warm. Which tells me that although they're severing us with a smile, management and the team here has definitely dropped the ball on overall quality. I'm still going to give them a chance to redeem themselves only because of the service but not too many more times before I update my rating.

It never fails, i always have to check my order. If i order a dlb bacon cheeseburger i expect 2 pieces of meat. When i order a bacon egg and cheese Croissant i expect egg thatâs bigger than a 2in thin slice. Like thin as a piece of cheese and it was barely on half of the croissant Looks nothing like pics or thickness as shown. If this is how your making these then you need to change the pictures! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Very disappointed with this location. all i tasted was cheese and bacon. đ€ŠđŒââïž

I understand there was a long wait in the drive thru and they were busy and possibly short handed. I am a very patient person. However I was unaware, the workers were more interested in cleaning an hour ahead of time and not taking care of the customers. Which I learned when I got to the window. When I finally get to the window and paid for my food, I had to wait again. I watch the workers busy with cleaning while the orders were piling up behind me. When a new car came to the speaker, they were inside shaking their heads no and continue cleaning. When the worker was finished with cleaning the ice cream machine, he walks over and grabs my sandwiches. As he is trying to throw the bag to me, I tell him forget it, I want my money back. I don't trust them after seeing how they were treating the customers. It doesn't take 45 minutes to make a couple of sandwiches. They should close early if they don't want to serve their customers. This is a result of bad management. They should train their employees on customer service. The way they treat their customers is unacceptable.

I haven't had Burger King in 2 years. This location was really good. I was pleasantly surprised. And the staff was courteous and accommodating.

We brought our group of 23 on the way to our church youth retreat. The staff was friendly and provided great service. The food was delicious and was really quick! Thank you so much!

Once again, they messed up my drive thru order (and i was the ONLY person in the drive thru until i got to the 1st window)! Didn't find the mistake til i got home. So they got my money, somebody went without & for that i'm livid. Unexcusable lack of customer service. I will be contacting BK Corporate.

Well on Monday, January 31 around 6:20pm me and my mother went to pick up a DoorDash and waited for 35 minutes in the line. Get to the window they try and charge us for the DoorDash then my mom says âno maâam we are picking up the DoorDashâ and the lady says âWELL YOU DONT HAVE TO BE RUDE ABOUT IT!â And closes the window like she is mad. Btw didnât even apologize for the wait. She points at us and talks about us in the store WHERE WE CAN SEE AND HEAR HER and the are all laughing. She gives us the food without looking or ask if itâs right. So first time ever going to Burger King with the night shift. Donât recommend going at night.

Food was not correct allergic to pickles asked for no pickles was on receipt but still had it on my burger . If anyone is allergic to anything I recommend not coming to this restaurant
