Review Fat Mo's - Columbia

I travel a lot and have been to most of the lower 48, but the food here is one of the best! People smiling as soon as you walk in, burger was phenomenal even though they were out of bacon the fries Got the perfect crisp to them. The next time I’m near this area I will definitely be stopping by. And for 14$ here I got a burger 3x the size of one I would be paying the same if not more for.

Me and my family love a great burger and fries. With that being said, in my humble opinion Fat Mo's has the best burgers that you can get from a drive-thru in all of Columbia! They're always excellent each and every time we order from them. They can take a little bit of time especially if they're busy, but I've always felt like it was well worth the wait. The food is cooked to order so it's always hot and fresh and made exactly the way you ask them to make it. Prices are a little steep but I feel like it's completely worth every penny. Their seasoned fries are amazing and I tried the chicken sandwich last time I went and it was as delicious as the burgers always are. Fat Mo's is always a winner with my family I highly recommend you try it out if you love a good burger! They also have ice cream and milkshakes if that's your thing. They have a lot more on their menu but I'm not familiar with the rest of the menu as we typically get the same thing every time we go. It is available online, however, so you can go and check it out before you go. You order at the window they don't have a speaker box but they do have a menu available to look at when you pull up. They have a drive through window on both sides of the building so you can pull on either side to order. There's also a walk-up window that you can walk up and order from. There's no outdoor seating so it's definitely a take it and go type place. I highly recommend everyone go and check it out! It's a great place to eat.

Great burgers and super friendly staff. The fried food (pickles, onion rings, cheese sticks) were also delicious. A+ job! I hear they are moving to a new location soon with some sit down tables. Very exciting!

Here's the deal with Fat Mo's. They do burgers and fries really well! The things that make this place bad are not really food related. The ordering system is outdated. You can't order until you get to the window. Therefore, everyone has to wait for their food because it is cooked to order. So, if there is a line when you get there, your wait will be long. But, if it's a short line (3 cars or less) It is worth the wait! Fresh, hot and good food can be had. But when they get rushed, things get messy, sloppy and unrefined. So, the best way to get the best food is to make sure your timing is right.

Brought friends from Florida there today! They got the deluxe burgers. We got the gyros! So good! Huge portions. Cooked to order! Loved the seasoned fries. Will definitely make this place a regular stop!

I've been meaning to come eat here for some time now having drove past it several times weekly. My father took us here finally and I can honestly say I wasn't impressed. I ordered a gyro plate to be told they have no gyro meat. Then I wanted a vanilla milkshake with my meal but I was then informed that they only had chocolate out of the 3 flavors listed on the menu. So I was stuck getting a Sprite, at least that's what they said but it didn't have barely any liquid in it, just a while bunch of ice, until my cup of ice finally melted and that definitely didn't taste like Sprite. They were also out of the cheese stick appetizers that I wanted and tried to order just to be refused once again. Not sure how fair the prices were because my father was treating me on this visit.

First time here and was very impressed..the flat top cooked burger and seasoned fries were awesome..glad we decided to stop in..oh and had fried pickles also..thanks to the guy I talked to when ordering for his kindness ..will be back and you should go too..

Fat Mo's is just good all round burger. I like the new location. I like being able to see how well and cleanly people are making g my food! Very cool transparency!
