We had 2 orders at the drive through. One order was correct but the other order (with just 3 things on it) was wrong. We realized we were missing a drink so I went inside to get it. The lady at the counter gave me attitude right away and said our order was correct. She finally gave me the drink and when we got in the car to leave we realized that they had shorted us an order of fries. I had to go back in to get those...and got attitude right away again. On an order of 3 items, it took them 3 times to get it right. It's not rocket science, folks. The one part of the item they got right was my burger - which was overcooked so badly that it was as tough as shoe leather. We won't be going back there anytime soon.
unnecessary roughness
I couldn't get my Burger King app to function properly. So I stood at the register for 5 minutes trying to get it operational. The 2 ladies at the register just stood there not saying a word. I finally said, I'll pay the full price for the breakfast meal. Why they couldn't have said, no worries, we'll take care of you, I paid full price. Then the soda machine didn't work and they had no clue as to how to turn it on. Horrible experience and very rude ladies not willing to assist with a valued customer. I will not be back!

Stopped to grab lunch for my family and as usual we didn't get our condiments. Also ordered a crispy chicken sandwich which I received and it seemed to be old and re-warmed, even a little burnt...it was horrible! We stop by here alot, but I won't be wasting my money again.

Quick stop for lunch. Ordered our food and found a table. When our name was called we gathered our food and wondered why it was not warmer. Place was clean and busy inside and the drive thru.

This company wanted to charge 50 cents for ranch dressing. When the manager came to the counter, I told him that if he charges money for sauce, they should have it posted on the menu. He said it used to be posted here. He finally said, well I'll go ahead and give you sauce this time.

There's road work in the direct vicinity of the restaurant. The place was clean. The food was good and the staff were very friendly. No complaints just be careful with all the road work going on.

Hit or miss. They seem to have staffing issues a good bit. But when they are staffed the food is good and the people are nice

I’m a Burger King Fan.. But this place is by far the worst Burger King ever!! It’s so close to my house that I give them chance after chance.. But I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s just not good.. Whether the food is cold, old, or just unsatisfactory.. I wouldn’t recommend this play for your dog!!

For a newer BK, didn't have infant changing area. Trash was overflowing in the trash bins. No toilet paper in stalls.

They don't have a changing table or any soap in their restroom. When I told the cashier about this she just stared at me with a blank look and said "ok". How do you have a fast-food restaurant that is advertised on the highway and also claims to be a family friendly establishment and not put a changing table in your restroom. Do not stop here if you have young children
