I am amazed how fast their drive through line went! The man who took our order got everything correct (even with our long complicated order!) and the kitchen got everything right (even our sauces!). Very happy with our experience :)

The "no complaints" review has definitely changed in the last year. I'm at zaxbys now and have been waiting 17 minutes so far for food and there is only one person infront of me and one person behind me.
