Review Cracker Barrel - Columbia

My mom, daughter, and myself picked up lunch for our Girl’s Day. It was quick, and everything was delicious! My daughter said her pork chops were amazing, and my Mom’s chopped steak was too. My Sample Platter was Plentiful and everything was cooked perfectly. Nothing beats visiting over a wonderful meal!

My husband and I went for breakfast today. Sherry was our waitress and she was excellent. The food was fantastic. I like my eggs scrambled lite and it is rare that I don't have to send them back because they are too done no matter where we are eating. Today they got it right the first time. The whole experience was on point. Thank you to the Columbia Cracker Barrel!!!

I am editing my review because I cannot stop thinking about this terrible experience! When I go in to the Cracker Barrel, I go to remember what the world used to be like. I am often greeted with wonderful staff and great classic southern decor (And good food!) usually that is just what I get. Foolishly I decided to come into the Columbia located Cracker Barrel and that is NOT! What I was met with! I do not enjoy bringing others down or leaving a negative review but i was bewildered. Met with a very rude! Blue haired individual who has quite the attitude! Longest wait I have had to STAND ! Through. Right, stand. After explaining my health conditions, bad hips and my back is not what it used to be after all these years, I still was not accommodated for, simply told that though I am elderly and not in the best health, I will have to stand through the large wait. Whatever, it is fine, I deal with it and then eventually get seated. Food was not as good as other locations, quite over cooked. Continuing to say that I did not enjoy the employee who assisted me. I have always loved Cracker Barrel for being traditional and AMERICAN! I tried not to judge when this person had blue hair but then it completely solidified how I feel about kids who are looking like this these days! Completely foul attitude, rolled eyes at me and everything. Will be sticking to other locations. Goodbye.

Love going here. It's a great place to eat, shop and enjoy good a wonderful meal.

Got the fried chicken. Chicken was over cooked and small. Had this at Cracker Barrel before several time and it always came out perfect. Talked to the manager about this. Very rude guy. Said chicken came in this way when delivered. Easy to see chicken was over cooked. He made a couple smart remarks. Cracker Barrel one of my favorite restaurants up until then. Never got a bad meal till I walked into Columbia Tenn Cracker Barrel.

I understand being busy and having to wait 10 minutes for a table no problem. We then sat 10 minutes to even be get drink order. Watched people walk in after us and order drinks. Then when bringing out hot food filled drinks first instead of hot food. Asked for mayonnaise 2 times.

Hospitality, wide selection Reasonable price. Great service! My California friends btw are over the MOON having Cracker Barrel in LA. They always eat most meals at CB when they are in Music City and have told all their friends in Cali how great it is!

Not impressed. Traveling through and stopped for a decent dinner. Very understaffed. Waited almost 15 minutes at our table before we knew who our server was and placed our order. We actually asked the hostess to get our server. When our food arrived, my plate was clearly dirty from a previous meal. I was disgusted.

Store awesome as always. However, was Very Disappointed in food. Breads served with meal instead of before, Combo platter chicken n dumplings lukewarm with one small piece of white meat, meatloaf burnt on edge and totally crumbled before fork touched it greens tasted like gym shoes smell, cheese grits watery.

This place was horrible, server was clueless. Not enough wait staff, our server brought food we didn't order and didn't bring food we did order, spilled one of our drinks at our table. Biscuits cold gravy cold just bad all around.

Love Cracker Barrel my favorite place to eat! Go there every chance I get! The grilled chicken tenders is my favorite meal other than breakfast! New cinnamon French Toast meal is awesome! My husbands favorite is the Roast Beef and Double Meat breakfast!

Veggie plate was delicious and all my favorites of turnip greens, pinto beans, okra, and apples. Great food and consistent good quality.

The biscuits we were served were burned to black on bottom. Waitress said they looked bad and said we could have some more but were not brought to us until after we had finished our meal. We did get one free meal but second time with bad meal.at this place. Have had over cooked meats to hard to eat. Over all nice meal because I was hungry. Hash Browns really dried out and ketchup didn't help.

Our group of 7 were seated with no waiting on a Sunday morning. The server was there almost before we had sat down. After placing our order there was very little wait before our food arrived. Great Sunday breakfast. Will definitely be back next trip.

Need to put a background on this rating. Snow was falling to the north. Staff was not in place to handle the rush. We was seated too soon, no wait staff to serve us. Had a long wait to get coffee and submit our order. Manager was working to get staff in place and slow the seating . When we got our food, my gravy had the plastic flour measure in it. A sign of hurrying to get the orders out. Bad day at Bear Creek.

The food was good and as busy as they were our food didn’t take long to get to us and that is very rare with their type of menu items.

Great service and the food was delicious. Our server along with the rest of the staff were all top notch. Columbia, Tennessee resturant keep up the great work!!!!

Excellent food and service. Atmosphere and cleanliness is exceptional. Highly recommend this Cracker Barrel while traveling this area.

The food was great as always. We were traveling from Nashville to Alabama. My wife asked twice for some jam and the waitress did not bring it until we had finished eating. She placed it on the table and walked off. We never got any refills on our water.

The food was good as always, but our waitress was a mess. Never got our rolls and cornbread until we were almost finished eating.

We had great service. Everyone was friendly and the food was so good, definitely worth the wait on a busy Saturday morning!!
