I always stop here before I head into work at the doggy daycare nearby (club Pooche) this morning I went in to get my drink and was surprised that one of the team members already knew what i wanted! That caught me off guard! Didn't think anyone would actually remember . The staff is very nice and polite. The place is clean, and the service is amazing. They really made my day by remembering my order before I could even walk in lol. Great job you guys! By the way, they make the best Signature Iced Lattes ever! Its why i come back every morning! See you all tomorrow !!!

I walk to this particular place between seeing clients. I've had problems with them before because they never seem to get my coffee orders right. They would forget to put the sweeteners in (tihs happened twice), or a shot of espresso in the coffee (this happened once even after I repeated the order several times.) This time (Feb 12, 2020) I only bought a Beyond Sausage sandwich, which I ate at 5:00pm. By 7pm I was experiencing explosive vomiting and diarrhea. I was so weak I couldn't stand up. I called the ambulance a couple of hours later and was taken in for food poisoning, extremely low blood pressure and extreme dehydration. Along with the fact that I have Type 1 Diabetes, I could have died. I had not been happy with their services for the last 5 weeks prior to this last incident. But this was the kicker. I will never go there again.
