Terrible service they always forget something or it takes them 40 minutes to make an order. Definitely not worth the trouble. Tried to give them another change because the food was decent but the service really kills it.
First let me say the food is great. Chicken is moist and the biscuits are fluffy. Would recommend getting a sauce since if can be a little dry. The issue is the service. They can be a little slow. Do not visit this location unless you have loads of time to waste. The food is good but it certainly should not take 45 min (no exaggeration) for two biscuits and tots. When you walk in there is an option to order from the kiosk or “human” as the sign said. NOT ONCE did anyone approach the register
