Used to eat here about 4-5 times a week for a few years while going through college. Service was fast and friendly. Until recently things started slowing down massively to the point where the last 2 times I've gone in, I've left empty handed after 10 minutes of standing in line with 12 other people and absolutely no service. Possibly the worst customer experience I've ever had anywhere.

They STILL dont have their bathrooms open?!!
When I spend $20 per visit for food and drink for me and my family, I would like to go to the bathroom. If its not broke, dont be lazy. Restrictions have been lifted. Also got my order wrong on a nearly $5 latte. I was on the road before I realized that one.
Customer service is unfriendly face that looks like they have dog poo-poo in thier mouth. 😂😂

I popped in because of the proximity to the hospital where my wife is being treated. I needed coffee, but also a place to use the restroom. The employee saw me walk toward the bathroom, and dismissively said, “Restroom is closed, have a good day.” I replied that I would like coffee and a donut also. No apology for the misunderstanding.
Oh well, the coffee and cruller were good so I will give a better rating than deserved for service.

If I could I would give them no stars. I get coffee from this place every morning because, it’s close and they are EXTREMELY slow. I used to walk in and do my orders but I started doing online orders to save time since they’ll see you standing there walk past you and don’t acknowledge and don’t even say I’ll be with you in a second completely rude and unprofessional. Also I get the same order every day and it never tastes the same. Some times it taste like no sugar or cream was added so I always take sugar packets. And also I order and expression shot which is extra charge today they put too much in there to the point that it almost made me throw up. The old guy is the only one who knows how to make coffee in here. But, I’m not gonna go here anymore there’s one that’s a little drive away but atleast they remember me and start making my order as soon as they see me.

Went there while we were snow plowing. The people are very nice. Bathrooms are no longer available to the public or paying customers which is sad, but other than that, typical Dunkin quality and good service. No drive thru though due to their location. They do offer curbside pick up as a nice service.
