I’ll never understand the popularity of this place. Lousy coffee and days-old baked goods loaded with preservatives and soaked in sugar.

Used to eat here about 4-5 times a week for a few years while going through college. Service was fast and friendly. Until recently things started slowing down massively to the point where the last 2 times I've gone in, I've left empty handed after 10 minutes of standing in line with 12 other people

I popped in because of the proximity to the hospital where my wife is being treated. I needed coffee, but also a place to use the restroom. The employee saw me walk toward the bathroom, and dismissively said, “Restroom is closed, have a good day.” I replied that I would like coffee and a donut also.
