I love coming to this place! I'm very glad that they enforce masks and social distancing, and all of the food is handled safely. This is my favourite location to get any sort of frozen treat, and my little sister loves it too.

I've door dashed Rita's many times and this is the 4th time they've messed up my order. I really tried to give them a chance. Twice I ordered chocolate custard and was delivered vanilla. Twice I ordered a sundae and there was no whipped cream or cherry. I just want to receive what I ordered and paid for without the disappointment of not getting it at first then waiting for my re-order.

Rita's is great. I only wish you can combine 2 flavors that are not on the same machine, e.g., chocolate and mint.

I love Rita's. They always have a variety of Italian ice flavors, and now they have even more custard flavors. There were 4 or 5 custard flavors and at least 10 ice flavors when I went. There are tables and chairs for you to enjoy your treat nearby. Definitely a good experience!

We arrived around 8:25-8:30 at Rita’s and the man working said that they are “pretty much closed.” We stated that they are open until 9 and the guy responded saying “everything is pretty much gone” despite seeing many families eating Rita’s in the area. These lazy teenagers with no work ethics shouldn’t be working here! Bad experience, especially since I was bringing my out of state grandparents there for the first time.):

Fantastic service from friendly employees. Great place to bring the whole family! Delicious custard and Italian ice. Highly recommend blendinis with cheesecake custard and chocolate topping like Oreos and/or Heath. I'd definitely come here again with my family!

Fairly typical Rita's experience. Rich and creamy custard, sweet and fruity ice, shady outdoor picnic table to sit and enjoy. Gelati seemed more expensive than usual, and "usual" isn't exactly cheap. Not as many flavors as expected, but the classics are there.
