I am VERY CRITICAL of two things: customer service + my smoothies. This company excelled in both! I wish I could give this business 5 more stars! đ I was very pleased with the service. My smoothie was perfect the first time! Peanut Power Plus, Strawberry. No bananas. Add cherries. Try it! đ It's all I order.

The smoothies are fine but the service from the young person working there today was absolutely terrible. She (I think) didnât greet me other than âwhatâs your orderâ, she glared at me while taking my order, threw the smoothies into the carrier and slapped the straws into my hand. She only had a problem with me (the only Caucasian customer at the time). The other customers were people of color and they were treated amazingly. Is this the kind of behavior smoothie king promotes??

I get smoothie king at least once a week and this had to be one of the worst experiences. It took over 20 minutes to get the order for a single smoothie, however it wasn't the wait. Because only one person was working, the issue was the smoothie had all sorts of ice chunks in it and was not blended at all. They ranged from a small chips to eraser tips. Couldn't even drink through a straw. Had to use a spoon because it was the consistency of ice cream. What a joke. I watched as he struggled to even get it in the cup as he spilled a quarter of it all over the counter. The cups sides were all sticky from it spilling on the sides. Sad thing is I paid 8 bucks and threw it out.

I rarely feel the need to leave reviews but this smoothie king is by far the best one in the area! Iman, Hassan, and Danielle along with the entire team go out of their way to make you feel special and recognized. I drive up 495 to Columbia to work 6 days a week and the team always knows my name and order when Iâm in! To make it better they share with you all of the great deals going on and they have amazing Friday deals! A smoothie may be a small part of the day, but this shop makes you feel number one every time!

This location is terrible. There was a 20 minute wait for a smoothie... the employees were so slow and only used one blender at a time. It took the two of them to wash the other one. Terrible smoothies too. They were so runny and seems like they just dumped a cup of water into it. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

More crowded than I expected. I don't usually buy smoothies, but I didn't have the ingredients to make my own. I got the slim -n- trim chocolate. It is a protein meal replacement. It normally comes with stevia, but I don't like that so I excluded it. It wasn't bad. I wish I had asked about adding additional chocolate/cocoa though (I could still taste the 'protein'). Would do again in a pinch. Bonus- it was $5 Friday ($6 for meal replacement)

Recently been having issues ordering through their app in the mornings due to their system being down/bad/ignored, as well as the shop not opening at the posted hours. Previously went in 20-30 min after ordering to find out they opened late and were just starting my smoothie. If they can't open and operate at the posted hours they need to update their hours of operation. The product is good, the experience sucks.

Would not recommend anyone going here ever! Order online for smoothie to be ready at a certain time and it was not ready on top of that I was given the wrong smoothie and had an allergic reaction to it! I figured the smoothie was wrong because the one I was given was what was left from the pressure customer and when the boy went to rinse the container he was stopped by a coworker where they where whispering and looking at me then he proceeded to pour the remaining smoothie in a cup and handed it to. Not sure what it was supposed to taste like because that was my first time going there but I know I tasted bananas and almonds in which I am allergic to. The boys working on 7/23 around 2:30 were cursing while customers were in the store. Poor customer service and will be in contact with my lawyer due to being giving the wrong smoothie and having a reaction to it.

Came here around 12:20 on my lunch break. It took an HOUR to get a freaking smoothie. I literally spent my whole break waiting in a line. Why would you only have two employees working during lunch time?

First of all, let me just say, I do no write bad reviews or complain usually, but This was the icing on the cake here. I have been to this location four and only 4 times because I will Never be back. Each time, It was a bad experience, but I had months in between and foolishly hoped things would improve. Today, I received a medium smoothie. And I left so upset I paid money for what I received. It took 30 minutes to receive my smoothie which was so thick my straw cant suck it up. I am seriously chewing ICE and chunks of mango. They FORGOT TO ADD the mango yet mango was the ONLY fruit in my smoothie. Which was thrown in and blended it for SIX SECONDS. So... obviously not blended. This is just pathetic. These smoothies are not cheap, but at other locations, have been worth it. this is the last bad experience I will let them have. I would encourage going elsewhere, literally anywhere else to get a smoothie. Unless of course, you are a fan of frustration, irritation, disappointment, and crunchy smoothies.
