Went with my daughter for dinner. Ordered two combos but the cashier only rang one up as a meal. I expected to be billed for two and had no problem completing a second transaction, however, he rang them up individually and I paid more than I should have. He was so difficult to order from and to speak with that I gave up trying. The food was good but there was no knives to cut the sandwich and it wasn't cut. I asked for napkins and I was directed to reach behind the counter, no big deal but the employees seemed bothered by providing napkins. They did offer to bring my food back behind the counter, after a bite had been taken out of it, but I declined. Owner you may want to retrain that team. Eating behind the counter and cutting half eaten food is a no go.

The person finishing our sandwiches was at the register, and had hair extensions down to counter top height. She ran her hands over her mask and down the extensions after ringing up our order. She reached for our rolls without changing her gloves. Disgusting even if it wasn't in the middle of covid. They did put on fresh gloves when we requested, but should have done so anyway. She needs to keep her hands off her hair when preparing food.

Consistently the slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to, 2 sandwich orders usually take 30+ minutes. Hygiene is also questionable, long haired employees with no hat or hair net tossing hair back and forth over the food is not a good look. Won't be coming back after this latest experience.

The sandwiches are great, it is the grandkids favorite, but I need to learn to quit ordering the chips, they are always on the bill, but don't arrive with the food most of the time

They're normally freaky fast. I've had a couple visits to this location that have been freaky slow. Don't get me wrong I love the free smells, I think there may be some confusion between staff members of they're new. Either way I've never been disappointed in my sub

for my first time ever eating at a jimmy johns, i was thoroughly satisfied! i'd always heard about how good the food is here, but i'd just never had the chance to come. this place is kind of tucked away, so it might be easy to miss, but i definitely recommend stopping by for a solid meal. i ordered only a sandwich, and it was plenty! the bread is really good, too. it's freshly baked, and you can tell!! seriously, i was pleasantly surprised by how much flavor they were able to develop with the different sauces, and everything tasted very fresh! everyone working there was also incredibly kind, sweet, attentive, cool, diligent, understanding, stylish, supportive, responsible, cheerful, animated, and helpful. they were so friendly, and they elevated the general environment of the store. the decorations were also super fun! my experience here was absolutely and entirely positive, and i'd be so happy to come back again for another perfect meal. shout out to this jimmy johns especially. im a huge fan!
