Employees didn't know how to transfer the balance from a cash voucher to gift card. There were four/ five of them and just acting dumb. Just trying to impose the face mask requirement. Experience for no reason.

I've been coming to this location for years. The new manager is horrible. They were so busy and she just sat with her back to them the whole time. She is not friendly, nor does she greet customers. Starbucks must be desperate for employees if this is the type of people they're hiring now.
Every time I come to this store and order,there is a very long wait to get your drinks. After standing and waiting about 15 minutes for my drink, I let them know one drink was incorrect. Then waited for more about 15 more minutes before telling them to forget the drink and walked out. I would avo
This location is my favorite in all of Columbia. The manager here goes above and beyond to make sure everything is correct and the customers are happy! Everything is fresh and made correctly!
